My experience with 1ClickBlinds has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I invested my own time, effort, and money into promoting their products and generating customer sales. I took the programme seriously, spent resources on promotion, and expected to be treated fairly in return.

Instead, I ended up in a dispute over £90 in recorded affiliate commissions. When 1ClickBlinds questioned my promotional methods, I cooperated and provided the evidence they requested. They subsequently refused to pay, claiming that Google Campaign/PPC traffic was not an approved promotional method.

I repeatedly asked them to provide the specific written policy and effective date supporting this decision. I also made numerous attempts to resolve the matter privately.

The situation became even worse when my affiliate account and referral link were removed while my £90 commission dispute remained unresolved.

Think about it: an affiliate invests their own money, spends time generating sales, provides the requested evidence, and tries repeatedly to obtain a fair explanation. The response is an unresolved commission dispute, removal of access to the affiliate programme, and continued silence.

This is not how I expected a professional affiliate programme to treat its partners. If certain promotional methods are prohibited, those restrictions should be clearly communicated before affiliates invest their resources.

The amount at stake is £90, but the bigger issue is the lack of transparency, communication, and confidence this experience has created.

I have retained my commission records, screenshots, promotional evidence, and communication history. This review reflects my actual experience with 1ClickBlinds.

I strongly advise other affiliates to obtain written confirmation of all traffic restrictions and commission conditions before spending any money promoting this company.

I gave 1ClickBlinds multiple opportunities to resolve this privately. I am still waiting for a satisfactory explanation and resolution.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company to think twice.

The blind I received had clear issues with the plastic frame warping, which affected the product’s quality and appearance. Instead of addressing the actual problem, the company focused on irrelevant points and sent inspection videos that were either poor quality or did not show the issue I raised. One video only showed the blind opening and closing, which was never the problem, and another showed a measurement poorly and unclearly, worse than the evidence I had already provided.

Their own website guidance also appears contradictory, with one thing stated in their inspection email and different measurements shown on the website. When I asked for clarity, the response was evasive rather than helpful. The whole process has felt dismissive, frustrating, and designed to avoid taking responsibility.

This is not what you expect when paying for a made-to-measure product. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects decent customer service, clear communication, or a product that matches the standard advertised.

Ordered my blinds with ease. Happy with my purchase and overall experience. My blinds were for my kitchen and the material can be wiped down to keep them looking new. Highly recommend.

I repeatedly asked them to provide the specific written affiliate policy and effective date showing that this traffic source was prohibited when the commissions were generated. I did not receive the specific clause I requested.

The situation has now become even more concerning because my affiliate referral link has been removed while the £90.87 dispute remains unresolved.

For me, this is a serious issue of affiliate transparency and communication. Affiliates should have clear rules before investing time and money to generate sales.

I hope 1ClickBlinds addresses this matter properly and provides a clear explanation to its affiliates.

Excellent choice of blinds, samples were sent and fast delivery.

Arrived on time. Good product for the money. Not so sure about 'made in yorkshire', more like assembled with Chinese parts and posted with instructions that where english was clearly not the first language. Instructions were fair but could have been better. But room nicely blacked out. Fit was a bit on the tight side but a bit of wrestling eventually got them in place. For a large window there was surprisingly little drilling involved. In summary we would buy again.

Don’t waste your time with this company I ordered & paid for 2 blinds 2 weeks ago it says up to 14 days for delivery which I’ve waited, I’ve emailed this company asking where they are & they don’t answer, very poor service very disappointing, they are now saying that the blinds where delivered & that I need to pay for something that was not delivered to me they sent me a photo of a door but not mine just a heads up not a nice company

Was dubious after all the adverts on line but I shouldn't have worried. Ordered my blind and arrived in a week which was quicker than planned. Price was competitive with other companies. As a shift worker it offers a complete blackout for sleeping no matter the time of day so a game changer for me.

My blinds are so good🥰, absolutely perfect for my bedroom. Total blackout and great quality.

I was abit sceptical as they were the cheapest I found by far...but they arrived quicker than I expected, fit perfectly and now we sleep so much better, thank you so much :-)

Over the moon with my new blackout blind. Simple to build and it really does fully black out the room. Communication and delivery were good from 1clickblinds and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other.

We got the honeycomb black out blind for my toddlers room. It has made a huge difference to our sleep each night. We followed the online instructions and fitted it between the 2 of us since it is quite a large window. It's super easy to dust and let's no light in at all. Great value. I'll be back when we do up our bathroom.

Easy to order and good quality, only thing I think they could improve on is explaining what measurements are for what part on the website as I found that was a bit confusing.

We ordered 4 sets of blinds. They are a beautiful colour. They were packaged well and easy to install. We thought the head rails were missing but when I contacted one click blinds they explained the vertical blinds head rails were posted separately and sure enough they arrived a couple of days later. I genuinely recommend them and found them great value

Great blinds and great price!
Bought 2 roller and 2 sets of vertical slats.
Very pleased with them.
One of the cords had snapped, they just sent me a new one with instructions to replace it.
Definitely would buy from them again.

I’ve had 4 blinds from them now, great to deal with, payment went through quickly, delivery and communication was good, Linda went up easy and weee great quality

Ordered a bigger than normal blind for my living room.
It arrive in good time and upon opening it I was amazed how great and well put together it looked. It was better quality than the regular shop bought ones. The blind included a panel to hide the metal work at the back which I really liked.
I did discover I was missing a holding bracket but the company were really helpful and sent it out fast.

Very simple to put together and the blackout blinds are amazing! We have ordered four now and all have been great. I will be ordering more!

Great service, easy to navigate website, had to contact to change sizes and was emailed back quickly to confirm changes, great customer service!
No problems at all will order again in future.
