One of the worst insurance companies…
One of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever dealt with. The document verification process was deliberately dragged out for more than 14 days, and even when you submit everything well before the deadline, they still find a way to charge a £50 admin fee just to make policy changes.
Very disappointing service and extremely frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend them at all — stay away from these scammers.
