Top notch...
I've completed the levels 3 and 5 in human resources and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The course was challenging with great tutors and I'm looking forward to eventually starting the level 7.

It is needed, I guess, a module on HR software.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I completed a course with Acacia Learning and found the tutors during the actual course were excellent but the administration office of Acacia Learning is awful. I completed my studies nearly 6 months ago and have still yet to receive my certificate (which I spent a year studying for and a cost of over £3,000) - I have had to chase them for months to get an update and all they keep saying is that it is the CIPD's fault. They are great at taking your money and chasing you when it suits but forget it if you actually need something from them that you have paid for. I am absolutely appalled by their lack of service and will never use them again! This is affecting my professional life as I can still not prove I completed the course I worked very hard for!

Staff are eager to grab your money when you haven't even started a course! I enrolled for a course in October but due to work constraints had to change it to the New Year and informed the staff. Now they won't stop harassing me for payment for a course I never even started!!! If they don't stop chasing me for money I will seek legal advice as its bullying as far as I am concerned. Don't even want to do the course in the New Year with them as it OBVIOUS all they care about is money in their back pockets!! AVOID unless you have spare cash to give them for NOTHING

Actually no one sent any reminders and I emailed your staff at least three times with the words "I want to cancel this class" referring to the enrollment class I was scheduled on. Your colleague Liisa only email the cancellation form once, but her email was confusing and illiterate. I asked for clarification and mentioned I may try to call. I am going through a very busy time at work at the moment and it transpired I could not call. Yet your staff also did not bother to email me. Therefore, this expected payment has come as an unwanted shock. I do not like tactics like this and the fact that I wrote in emails at least three times I want to cancel should be valid enough, whether on your sheet or not. I was planning on starting this course in the New Year but as mentioned, quite frankly. You have lost my trust.

Great course. Feel I learnt a lot of very useful topics. I don't have a background in L&D but I feel the course has definitely equipped me with lots of useful information. Plus the course is highly sought after in the L&D world!

A bad experience .. I regret it .. Maybe the agent in my country was deliberately lying and not give the correct information and coffee about the program ... and also does not benefit the trainee any information by the trainers

Acacia are fantastic! Their tutors, the office support and course options are second to none. I really enjoyed my course and am looking to use Acacia for short courses at our company!

The team down at Acacia Learning are simply amazing. From the team in sales down to the Student Supports guys and the tutors. Its easy to get yourself booked on modules and the venues are very nice. The fact you receive a 10% returning student discount makes it that much nicer as well. I will be doing Level 7 with these guys!

Very flexible. Ability to create my own time table is amazing. Considering the fact that I'm working full time! Excellent and friendly support also great tutors. I highly recommend Acacia.

Avoid this training center, they are very unprofessional and horrible at service. Only out to get your money and don't care about you.

I explored many suppliers for CIPD training and Acacia's offering immediately stood out to me - Marie was so helpful and personable with my every query and need and made the enrolling process effortless and positive. Acacia also offer many options to complete your modules including various locations and day / evening times as well as weekend modules too so this really helped me to keep up with my professional and personal commitments as well as focus on my studies.
Due to the high demand for some of the modules however I did have some difficulty scheduling my modules for my preferred timescales.

Teaching very good, but administration of the course was poor.

A very good experience dealing with Acacia learning platform, just if students could receive email notification when assignments marked that will be great.

i would recommend accacia for those who would like to have a cipd qualification . aside from the training delivery which was excellent and very beneficial, accacia blog with all the resources and websites was my favourate . i liked the blended learning method provided by accacia . however i would like to comment on the trainers different training delivery styles as well as the marking styles which i find it some times confusing . on the other hand my experience was delighfull however i am still waiting for my cipd certifecate .

Taken the CIPD course with the Acacia Learning it was a great expirance and helpful on my bussiness and helping me on my carer path.

I hop I will take the next stage on the CIPD with them
