Went to one of Mick and Lees workshops, and signed up to the video hub. Both have a lot of useful information that certainly contributed towards my recent Part 3 pass on my final attempt.

I have 2 trainings with KIT..
One 2 days workshop i have done in Dudley beginning of June with Lee and Hardial.
Second I have done 1 days workshop in Peterborough with Mic and Lee.
I have learnt so many things that I didn't learn before. The way they teach is above the sky.

My experience is well worth it. They are helpful after the workshop they keep in touch to help you anyways.
I would suggest do the both training courses they both well worth it.
I would suggest if you want to be a brilliant driving instructor please book your self. 1000% recommended.

What can I say about Mick and Lee.
Extremely professional men who clearly know what it takes to become driving instructor. I was at there workshop in Peterborough today.

Afternoon Gents, passed my part 3 this morning with a score of 41. I attended your workshop in Bournemouth and also watched your online videos. The mixture of both learning tools without doubt helped me pass today. Thank you for providing this service that helps PDI and ADI on their career journey.

Just finished my first lesson with what i was taught by Lee , wow , the results were amazing both for me and the pupil. A lot clicked on the course and applying coaching had an amazing result , would i recommend this course , yes 300% , Im going to reflect on giving this lesson , i feel every instructor who does not apply these principles will be left behind , Thankyou to both Lee and Hardial who both inspired me throughout the two days.

Had amazing training with Lee and Hardial around coaching. The models were excellent and are easy to apply once understood.

I can't recommend the course highly enough to ADI's or PDI's to excel in coaching and thereby CCL.

I have met Hardial and Lee while my in car training course at Dudley.
Both of them are great coaches and know how to help you according to your needs.
The course is value for money and useful to gain more knowledge for any instructor out there.

I attended a two day in car coaching course with Lee and Hardial and it was well worth the money and the time. It was so informative and in depth I have left feeling so much more confident and already trying methods on lessons which absolutely works great. The way they deliver the course is very clever as it interlinks everything you need to know and why, in detail. Such an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend to every instructor out there. The day was very educational, I am reading and implementing the resources taught and given to us.

I have been training to be a ADI for 6 months now and have found the Video hub to be a fantastic tool.
It has given me so much insight and information in short easily digestible videos, from use of controls to effective questioning and business help, they cover a wide range of topics.
A must for any ADI or PDI looking for help or CPD.

Signed up the video hub to my journey from a PDI to an ADI. It offers a comprehensive range of topics useful for practical sessions, with excellent visuals and audio that are easy to follow and understand. Will continue to self develop using the hub now as a ADI, accessing also a supportive community forum. I Highly recommend to anyone pursuing a career as a driving instructor

In their own words it was Bang Average.
I attended their Newcastle session on 22.05.2024, Lee and Nick were both such lovely gents and their approach was light hearted which made the long day a delight instead of a chore. I learnt a lot from the day and despite their claim of being bang average they are far beyond that. They had this odd award in the front of the room and I don't think they mentioned it once all day.

If you want to attend a training course that goes way deeper than just your basic standards check or part 3 test workshop - Knowledgeablee Instructor Training is a must. Lee and Mick delve into teaching humans to drive rather than robots, getting you thinking about how we think, feel and behaviour and how this affects the way we learn to drive. Their 'Top down approach' makes understanding the GDE matrix super easy.

The delivery of the workshop from both Mick and Lee is well presented making what they say easy to understand as well as fun.

Money well spent if you're serious about CPD and developing your skills to the next level.

Attended a brilliant Zoom “3 Simple Steps”session run by Lee & Mick a few days before my Part 3, I genuinely believe that the session made a huge difference and I passed my Part 3 at the first attempt. Highly recommended this course as it really does focus your mind.

Fab workshop! Just like a lesson should be, transferring knowledge and keeping it entertaining at the same time.
I like that I came away with valuable links to the course so that I can print off and refer to the information as and when needed in my own time.
I look forward to the zoom meet offered for free, when my standard check is due.

Attended the CCL & Standards Check workshop in Bournemouth.

I have attended one of their online courses before which was really good but this in person training was fantastic. The course was extremely well delivered, Mick and Lee were really good presenters.

I will defiantly be looking out for further training that they provide.

I recently attended Mick & Lee's CCL & Standards check workshop and was very impressed. The course is structured well and very informative. They are both clearly passionate about what they do and are an asset to the instructor training industry. I will happily recommend what they provide to any Adi or Pdi looking to better themselves.
