These amazing carer's did an amazing service when my Dad became very restricted with mobility and dementia.
They were very compassionate and very understanding.
Dad was aggressive and very frustrated they remained very professional and compassionate at all times.
They showed him empathy and all ways came with a smile and many times they had alot of banter with him.
We would never of managed without them.
Right until the end they supported us as a family and even stayed after there finish time to support us when he passed away.
They are an amazing team.
We will always be thankful, to the team at the rose gardens Hereford

The support i have been given from the office, the encouragement, help and motivation has helped me so much. Supported me to also recently pass my driving test. Thank you Olivia, Sagar, Lucy, Abi, Ali and Beata. Every one of you encouraged me, even if it was just with a few kind words, and that meant so much to me.

After an incredibly stressful few weeks for my 84 year old mum, she finally found a place that showed her compassion, respect and most of all love. I can't thank the staff enough for their guidance and support and for looking after me too!

They know dad really well and visit twice a day as well as doing his washing and cleaning. If dad ever needs more care we will not hesitate to use them.
An excellent team!

My dad was discharged from hospital nearly 3 months ago. We have a live in carer, a carer that comes in to help with personal care for 45 minutes, and now a wake night carer that has been sorted in a very short time to sit with dad every night for 5 nights at the moment until they can sort someone for the other two nights. The care my dad gets from his live in carer is exceptional. The carer we have that comes in for 45 minutes to help with personal care cannot always be there on time because they have no idea what they could be faced with with the clients before which is totally understandable, but they have NEVER missed a visit. Unfortunately he has a pressure sore which the carers and district nurses are trying to manage, but because he rolls from side to side it's very difficult. My dad could actually be in a nursing home now and only be monitored every couple of hours. They could go in put him on his side and then not go back in until 2 hours later, which is standard practice unless they are willing to put a member of staff at his bedside 24 hours of the day. Which we all know would never happen. That is a fact because I worked in a nursing home for years and did home care aswell so I have seen it from both sides. My dad is where he wants to be and that is where he will stay with the care that he is being given until or if his needs can't be met.

My dad was sent home from hospital for end of life care at the beginning of July, Agincare Christchurch were meant to be supplying 24/7 care then just as he was about to leave they said they have 1 carer who needs 2 hours off a day so we would need to cover between 13-15.00 hrs each day. The carer only get paid for 9 hours. As much as the carer tries she struggles as it's very tough. My dad needs lots turning which she struggles on her own he wakes up all through the night so she can't sleep as had to check on him. After about 6 weeks the company decided a 2 carer was needed for personal care for 45 mins in the morning. This is so he can get washed properly and turned. Agincare never come out to access my Dad's needs just left as it is. This lady has not had 1 day of in 3 months. Sometimes the extra carer does not turn up or is late which is shocking. At present my dad has sores this is due to not being turned or moved properly and again is not the fault of the carer as it's too much for one person. This company are a disgrace to even use the word care in there name is shocking.
Carers at The Rose Gardens have been looking after my godfather for the last few years and I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team. He too constantly tells friends and relatives how well he is looked after. The same team cared for my mother before she passed away a few years ago and again they couldn't be faulted. I hope that if ever I need carers I find some as good as the team at The Rose Gardens

They leave your house untidy, no health and hygene respect in the kitchen at all.Don't know how to wipe kitchen surfaces or clean microwave after use ,don't put shoe covers on to come into your property so you end up cleaning after them , some hearts are in the job others don't care at all.Took me 3days to clean my home as looking after my parent didn't have respect for me at all. Date of experience 2yrs
First time using Agincare for respite care for my elderly mum who was recently diagnosed with dementia and alzheimers.
I needed to get away on holiday and contacted Agincare who were fantastic from start to finish. The most amazing thing was finding me the most delightful, caring and warm hearted carer. I can't thank you enough.
We both warmed to her from our first contact via video calls. Eirini is an absolute gem and asset to your business. I trusted her and knew mum was in safe hands.
We have become friends now and will be using her next year if all goes well.

Complete waste of time.
I had several online interviews and was told I would be paid for two days of online training — something that never happened.
I was then told I had been successful and would be offered the position. I spent weeks completing everything they requested, including three employment references, three personal references, a DBS check and dozens of emails.
Two months later, I still had no start date.
After six weeks of waiting, they were still asking me for additional references and information that I had already provided months ago. Unfortunately, the member of staff who originally dealt with my application has now left the business, meaning apparently all of that information needs to be requested and sent again.
The communication has been incredibly poor. Emails regularly take three weeks to receive a response, and when a response does eventually arrive, the issue often still isn't resolved.
I've now pulled out of the process. Enough is enough.
I appreciate that things can go wrong within any organisation, but this has been completely unprofessional and disorganised from start to finish. If this is how they handle the recruitment process, I dread to think what the experience would have been like once actually employed.
A huge amount of my time has been wasted for absolutely nothing.

Agincare are the most disgracefull company in exsistence.they treat there staff and managers with little or no respect whilst not recognising the effort that there staff and management team put in.stay away from this company
The carers are fabulous and the local office too it's the high up management/directors/owners that need a good shake up to the needs of the clients.
Excellent response for respite care. So helpful. When to the home to view room very helpful showed me the whole home. Everyone I spoke to very kind and friendly

My father was at Regency Care Home in derby for 4 months before I moved him out due to failings in his care.
I have complained direct to agincare and a safeguarding complaint was upheld. I think other people should be aware of this!
I found management of this Care Home very good at trying to either deflect or put problem back at you by saying I hadnt reported to the "correct" member of staff.
One massive problem is items of clothing going missing, plus poor procedures in place, this resulted in my father being not monitored correctly and skin cancer being diagnosed on his ear, which if i hadnt of chased myself it wouldnt have been diagnosed!
Care staff were mainly ok.
Hopefully my fathers case will be learnt from but I think Regency still has a lot of work to do!

I was recently discharged from the wonderful Kingfisher rehabilitation ward at Andover War Memorial Hospital.
Agincare Andover provided me with home support for a fortnight.
The care staff were wonderful - going above and beyond what was expected. I can't praise them highly enough and I thoroughly recommend Agincare
