Great service, great support. I had a problem during my trip with some connectivity issues, and customer support was fantastic. I chatted online with Christina k. and she helped me with my situation straight away. She is the best.

This is the second year in a row that I have used the Mexico Data and Voice plan, 30 days. It works great for me. Seems confusing to set up, but the chat person walked me through it all , and was very helpful to get me all setup. Very happy with the support. Thank you. I find this eSIM worth it to me for unlimited calling, and the data is sufficient for me.

I have used airhub esims a few times and they always worked flawlessly. Today I encountered some connection issues after installing a new esim. Christina of the support team went through various potential issues with me and finally got in contact with the network to solve the problem. Now it works! Thanks again for the swift help!

The help of Loki mv was helpful after 3 of my esims didnt connect to the local network.

I have used 3 a couple of times but not the eSIM. Had some hurdles as the code did not come on time but the staff I chatted with sorted all the issues out. I was able to activate my eSIM though I would be arriving London tomorrow.

When I wrote my previous positive review it was based on the service I was recieving from the guys. I then went and bought the SIM, paid my money, but got NOTHING in return.
What they sent me simply did not work on my new iPhone 15. It never even installed on my phone and I was asked to forward masses of screen prints and my impression was that their left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. I understand enough of digital things to know that they did not know what they were doing.
I eventually asked for my money back (which till now did not happen) and I purchased a travel SIM from another provider. It installed first time and worked perfectly during my stay in the UK.
I would avoid dealing with these guys!

I had issues with setting up and activating my esim. Loky was very helpful in eventually getting it resolved!! Great service and quick to respond

Absolute scam. Did not work in the country even though correctly activated. Customer support not willing to help as their only tip is to manually select the network and adjust API settings. Were not willing to issue a refund despite sending them screenshots as documentation.

It is a scam, I ordered a eSim for my trip to Brazil. The eSIM did not work from the start and after 2 days fighting with their support, it worked only for 1 day. After 5 days without solution, I asked my money back and never received the refund. Conclusion: it is a scam.

I bought 3 esim cards, 2 of them connected with little difficulty but the last one didnt connect at all. I contacted helpdesk, after trying few things it worked. The help desk was very helpful and friendly
