Superb Customer Service
Josh was focused on my call, quickly assessed my situation and provided clear guidance to steer me through the website to solve my query.
I find the website has quite a response delay which often means a window opens again when I've given up.
But once I learnt to slow down, it has all the information clearly available.

Very efficient servicr
The request process for taking benefits was straightforward and easy to use and the processing very efficient. Payment was made as soon as all the required information and funds were made available to them. I was very impressed.

How to withdraw cash from a SIPP
I requested info on how to withdraw cash from my SIPP without touching the basic investments. AJBell agent was able to steer me regarding which buttons to press without any problems. Being honest it is a bit of a rigmarole in which buttons to press without knowing the way to achieve the result.
