Delivery service horrendous
Delivery service horrendous. Most companies give you detailed delivery details and flexibility- would not use again for this reason. No option to book redelivery.

Delivery was messed up
The items took far too long to be despatched, I almost cancelled the order. Customer service was average and it took several attempts to resolve the issues I had with deliver. I also explained I worked Monday to Friday and if wasn’t for a kind neighbour I would have had to drive 30-45 minutes to pick up my order from a depot. Experience could have been better.
