We used Algarserra for Transfers both to and from Faro to Lagos. Both trips went really well. Picked up on time, comfortable taxi's and good friendly drivers. Would use again. Recommended.
first class professional service
I was very impressed with the professional service I received from Algarsierra and how easy it was to make bookings with them. I got detailed confirmation from them, with follow-up emails/texts when my bookings were drawing near. Information on where to find them at Faro airport was clear and precise and the driver was the same one for both stages of the journey.
I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star review and recommending them to anyone who chooses to book airport transfers in the Algarve region.

Initial impression poor
My flight arrived 20 mins late. My suitcase wasn't one of the first off the carousel. Yet the girl with the clipboard, without a smile and without a greeting, told me that I had to wait as the driver was parking. Hence, he was late. I told her this. Once she'd received confirmation that he was ready, she led me to him without a word, he took my suitcase without a word, didn't even attempt to take my backpack from me, and delivered me to my hotel without a word.
The return trip was fine (worth a 5-star rating) but this initial impression on arrival was poor enough to bring the rating down to a 3-star one.

Lagos airport transfer
I wish the driver would've asked if I needed help with all my bags. They would ask my name and then turn and start walking towards the car without any assistance.
