Shocking, I am usually charged £12 for a 0-5 head and beard trim. I was asked for £20, I sat in the chair for seconds over 5 minutes which equates to £4 a minute. The barbers is very handy for me but i will never use this barber again, I would rather jump in the car and find another barber with a more realistic and reasonable price.

NOYCOTT THIS BARBER. People are still getting fines because of this guy who brought anpr to broughton. Without this guy they would have NEVER implemented it. He’s a rude awful individual and cannot seem to accept he’s getting hate for a good reason. Now many locals are receiving threatening final notice letters because of this guy. Real broughton people know to never bring anpr to upset locals. This guy clearly isn’t a local and why we don’t want him in the community. Please avoid this shop. They have barbers in Barton now with much better staff and service.

Always a friendly welcome, been going here for my hair doing for 4 years now. Always do a good job, would definitely recommend the shave and hot towel aswell. Never feels rushed and always 3 or 4 staff on so you don’t have to wait long.Good value for money.

Best barbershop in town, have had my hair cut by all 3 members of the current team so far, and all do a wonderful job! The atmosphere is inviting yet calm at the same time. Love the little chats with Dan and he does the best skinfades!

Have been going to Allen’s for a number of years now and will continue to do so, why wouldn’t I when every time I go the service received is spot on, cannot fault Michael in anyway. Excellent service & nice clean environment.

I has asked for a small tidy up and straighten of the hair but leave long as I wanted to grow it, at the end the cut at the back was so short that I could not tie it up anymore. Sad but will not be going again.

I'm a regular client (we worked out it must be about 6 years now!) at Allen's barbershop and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Their service and meticulous attention to detail are brilliant and I never feel rushed out as can be the case with a lot of barbers.
