The tent arrived in a timely manner, ordered it Sunday evening & it arrived Thursday evening. We went to put it up on Friday for a party on Saturday & the top of the tent was received with multiple holes in it. I tried many times to call and would be sent to a voice mail. I left a message with NO return calls, sent an email and a contact form and got 1 response requesting more information & that they would prioritize a shipment of tarp on Monday. I sent them the requested information within an hour of receiving the email & asked if we could out white duct tape on the hole to still be able to use it for my grandson's party. I Just sent a follow up email being it is now Wednesday & I have not heard from them. I get things happen, but it is disappointing that their product is not inspected prior to selling/shipping and the customer service is not to what I would have expected with communication. regardless of the time of day you call it seems like all phone calls are automatically sent to a voicemail. If there was better communication, even if it's they are short staffed or out of the office I would have given a better rating even with the product arriving damaged. We ended up putting a lot of money out for this product for our grandson's birthday party due to impending rain, it was money that we really didn't want to spend right now so I hope they will follow through and make good on the purchase. Trying to keep some faith in this company.

The 10x20 aluminum popup tent quality is amazing.
Your service desk was very helpful in quickly getting the correct packages shipped to my house. Next time I need a tent, Alltents will be the first place I look.

I sent an email today about missing parts. This is the second time we have been delayed in putting the garage tent up.

The tent legs are not as sturdy as I expected. In fact, one of them came with a bend/buckle in it that made it really difficult to set up and take down. The whole frame is compromised because of this weakness. The bend/buckle did not happen in shipping because the outside box was not damaged in any way. I did not have time to do a test run with setting it up before I had to use it for the first time at an event. I couldn't send it back because I had to use it. The 10 x 10 canopy and frame that I purchased from Walmart was sturdier with stronger legs and it lasted for many years.

On a positive note, I love the cream/canvas color, and the canopy and sidewall completely kept the rain out during an unexpected storm.

I ordered the tent over a week ago. I'm in NJ and it's raining. Tomorrow I have a Father's Day event. Everything has been ruined, including putting up the tent and decorating. It's a lie that they deliver in 3 days. I'm disappointed to have bought from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I spent over $1,700 on a tent from All Tents — paid extra for reinforcement — and the thing collapsed the first time I used it. Not in a storm, not in high winds — just a regular day. It was set up for my son's graduation party and by the next morning, it was on the ground, completely bent and unusable. The metal was thin, weak, and cheap, even though I paid extra for it to be stronger.

I called them immediately on June 7th, left voicemails clearly asking for a refund — and heard nothing back. Total silence for 5 days, and then suddenly today, June 12th, they reply and tell me I'm “outside the 30-day return window.” That’s not even true, I ordered it on May 12th, it was delivered on the 21st, and it I used it for the first time on June 6 and it collapsed the next day on June 7th.

I truly believe they ignored me on purpose because I said in my first voicemail on June 7th that I was requesting a refund. I’ve never felt so ripped off. This was supposed to be a quality product, it was expensive and it lasted less than 24 hours. And now I’m just being shrugged off.

If you're considering buying from this company, don’t. They don’t stand behind their products, they don’t care once they have your money, and they’ll hide behind policies even when the product clearly fails on first use. I will never buy from All Tents again.

The 20 x 40 tent seems really nice. It goes up easily with 6 people or more.

The only downside is the packaging. The boxes are flimsy and fell apart in shipping. This caused two of the five boxes to be delayed at FEDEX for 5 days while they were re-boxed and rerouted. All parts did arrive finally.

Very nice tent very pleased for the price fast shipping just had to update some of the hardware to make it easier but all in all a great tent

I have only had the opportunity to use the tent once since I received it. The tent itself seems great so far. But the carry bag has already ripped after the first timing using it. I am not sure how long it will hold up and the tent will be very difficult to transport without it.

Darius, the customer service representative that I spoke with about my order, was super helpful in providing the necessary information that I had requested. He was very professional but yet personable as he could relate what my needs were for the order. Very poorly packaged. Damage in shipment. Bolts strewn about and many of them missing. Instructions are difficult to read and follow. The tent itself might turn out to be ok. I have not erected it yet.

Aside from a package getting lost by shipping company, alltents customer service helped me every step of the way going above and beyond. Seems to be of really good quality build. Looking forward to future business with Alltents.

Bought a 20x20' frame tent, carrying bags, and tie down kit, and the quality exceeded my expectations! Very happy with our purchase as we will be using this in our event rental business. Takes up very little space in our warehouse and was very easy to set up and take down with 2 people.
