Thank god that amazon is there not to let these ridiculous third party companies steal our money. The customer service always solve the issue and know how these third party companies trying to rob us. I always try to buy from amazon warehouses instead of third parties, it's just safer

Don't listen to the bad reviews, amazon is the easiest and user friendly website with good delivery times. Most packages get shipped the following day after purchase.

Been using Amazon for years now, can't go wrong. Fast delivery and received in immaculate condition! One of the most reliable sites out there!

Used to be excellent, however i live in Guernsey and find that increasingly vendors wont deliver as they clearly cannot be bothered. They still take the money and i have to wait for refunds! Also quality of most stuff is crap! Shop elsewhere these days!

There can be delays in delivery but once I've complained they offer compensation and deal with any issues so thanks.

Been using Amazon for years. I don't always go for price. What matters is customer service and the issues I've had have ALWAYS been dealt with in a quick and professional manner. That#s how you keep customers.

They don't honor THEIR promised delivery times, I had part of an order delivered on Dec10 and it was supposed to arrive a week earlier. The other part of my order, supposed to arrive on Dec4, has still to show up. All products fulfilled by Amazon, no 3rd party.
They also put a hold on my account for ~GBP19, I contacted them using ALL available methods (email, chat, phone) and nothing was solved, it was like I was talking to a wall. The customer support did not sound English at all, I had to repeat myself a lot and I had to ask them to repeat what they said a lot... I'm not native speaker, but I never had issues with my spoken English. Until now.
Amazon obviously needs to clear up both the delivery part and customer support part of their business, not because one customer had a bad experience, but because their facebook page is full of unhappy customers, and the staff handling their social image aren't doing their job either.

Disgusting ! Spent over £300 over 20+ venders who all excepted the payment then apparenty all cancelled the order at the same time so no money and no gifts but not amazons fault . Fuming isnt the word. Christmas is ruined. Thank you amazon

I use amazon a lot and have had prime for quite a while. Only issues I have ever had were sorted very fast by the customer service team. I have nothing to complain about :)

I give customer service 5 stars for sorting my problem quickly and efficiently but,
somewhere between the Dunstable centre, Luton and home there was a theft! Please get your xmas/holiday items in quickly so you can get it sorted if this happens to you. ( l hope it doesnt). Again 5 stars for customer service. Amazon, please find the pos and throw the book at them! Thanks.

Terrible website for pre-ordering. Games and movies will turn up days after release date. If you're looking for websites to pre-order games and movies from try SimplyGames and Zavvi because Amazon are just terrible for it.

Great service when I had delivery problem with a 3rd party seller. Amazon took responsibility and gave me credit to my account and free month prime for my trouble. All done within 4 hours

AMAZON DID NOT DELIVER THE NEXT DAY AS PROMISED THEY CHANGED THE DELIVERY FROM THE 3RD TO THE 12TH DECEMBER. I AM NOT IMPRESSED TO SAY THE LEAST. THEY TOOK MY MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY WILL NOT PAY IT BACK TO ME FOR ANOTHER 7 DAYS.....SO A LETTER TO THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT WILL BE DRAFTED TOMORROW, AS I AM NOT HAPPY AS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND, WAITING ALL DAY, UNTIL NOW 23:05 FOR THE DELIVERY,HAVING TO CANCEL THE ENGINEER WHO WAS GOING TO INSTALL IT TOMORROW AND THEN PAYING ANOTHER £20 COZ I AT TO BUY IT FROM CURRY'S I HOPE I GET A BETTER SERVICE BUT I AM NOT HOLDING OUT MUCH HOPE ON THAT EITHER THROUGH PAST EXPERIENCE.

Easy to shop there and incredible customer service

Subscribed to Amazon business and they have added exactly £1.00 to my account multiple times with no explanation (this has been going on months). Trying to justify my accounts and no email or contact details on a Sunday. I would have been happy for an email address. They don't seem to want to help.

A worst market place, arrogant, ignorant and dictator style company, does not offer any dialogue whatever they think is good is final.

They decide in any case without considering the facts.

We constantly use Amazon and have never been disappointed by their service. The items arrive in excellent condition. Furthermore, if any item needs to be returned, the process is extremely easy and user friendly.

Just recieved a package from Amazon with over 100 pounds worth of Christmas presents. 2 soaps I ordered were just flung in the box, opened and have leaked all over the other items. Disgusting
