This is most awful service i ever had

This is most awful service i ever had, awful delivery services,awful customer support.Lie to customers, steal money from customers,block balances and accounts,post automated emails and never work personally.
Most reach company in the world and most bad service.
Two websites with reviews of Amazon in google promoted by amazon them self.Paid reviews. Trustpilot is best as not take cash from amazon.
Avoid to be in this network called Amazon,they will do everything to make you crazy.
AVOID!!!

I have been ordering from amazon since 2012 , I would say they have a 99% success rate of getting it done right the first time , and it has always been really good with it's delivery and product.

Decent customer support, shocking packaging.

I ordered the game Axiom Verge Multiverse special edition from Amazon.es because I thought the price was good: It came with the box just about destroyed, it was literally compressed to fit into a package about half it's size.

I found this unnaceptable and filed a complaint. It resulted in a 5€ discount. I found this borderline insulting and as such filed a few more complaints, which ended up in their staff deciding to give me another copy of the game for free, while keeping the one I already had. Great deal, right?

Wrong.

The second package was sent in even worse conditions, the box had rips and tears all over.

I very much appreciate their customer support even though it took a few tries to get it right, but the care put into packaging is abysmal. I won't ever be ordering from amazon.es again unless it's an hard item that can't really be damaged by poor packaging or I absolutely can't find the product elsewhere, because clearly even if it costs half it's not worth it if the item isn't rock hard.

Shocking

Shocking. Use amazon uk all the time they are great. Amazon es dreadful. Items either turn up broken or late or not at all. Customer service so bad had to call amazon uk to get their help! Never again avoid still waiting for delivery due 11th june???

Outstanding service !!!

Ordered a cover from Amazon.es for my new Ipad 9.7 2018 model on Tues 19 Jun and it was delivered to my door on Thurs am 21 Jun as promised - that's service. This although I live in a semi rural part of Asturias and the product came from Madrid. Am completely satisfied with the purchase and very happy. Highly recommend using this Company

Amazon.es withdrawed about 20 euro out…

Amazon.es withdrawed about 20 euro out of my account for prime ? while i didnt order anything. I sent different mails and They always answered :Mario is busy with it. In the meantime it is 3 months ago. On my last mail They didnt even reply!

horrendous

they sent me a wrong order, someone elses, no biggie, however it has taken a week and over 24 phone calls and still got no help, the customer service hangs up, claims they cannot understand you, fiddles in your account etc? amazon has gone so far downhill-- horrendous how they treat customers

Disrespectful to my time and money

Ordered 2 products to arrive on december 12th. On 12th, the tracking system showed that it couldnt be delivered. On 14th i called the shipping company and they said there was an error on the address provided my the sender. Same day i call amazon and they call the shipping company to correct that and assure me the products will be delivered. Still nothing. On 16th(saturday) i call amazon again and they again call the shipping company and assure me the products will be delivered on 18th. Today, 18th, on the shipping company tracking, it says they are returning the products. I call amazon again (3rd time) and they say there is nothing they can do and i will not receive my products. Ill be away from tomorrow WITHOUT receiving the products i needed for my trip. Complete waste of time and money
