Not an actual American company. They claim to be from the state of CA. But they aren't from this country. Aside from this, they took my money and didn't do any work. I was scammed. Be careful!

When I started working with them I was billed by American Logo Studios, then I received an email from my project Manager and his signature read American Logo and Website studios, now have a different project manager and his signature reads American Website Studios only. I have to say that everything was great at the very beginning communication and support, I can say everything seemed good. But now I can’t seem to get ahold of my project manager or anyone who is willing to help me get my logo completed. I paid $120 for a company logo back in February 2022 and still can’t seem to get a finished product. I am willing to keep working with them as I don’t really think I will be getting my money back as originally promised if I wasn’t fully satisfied. Would like to get this logo completed with them but I don’t know where else or whom else to go to at this point.
SCAM. None of the work they claim they have created is theirs. They are stealing other peoples work as their own. RUN!
Super shady. They used one of my websites that I built as a reference of work they had done in the past. Contacted them and they just pretended to not know what I was talking about then blamed it on the production team then said it was a typo. The only reason I found out was one of their customers contacted us asking about our experience since they told him they did our site. They did not create our site. They lied and claimed my work as their own. Sending a cease and desist order. Total scam, stay away.
This is a subsidiary of Web Symmetry and a total scam. They will take your money, walk back the original agreement, and then upcharge you at every chance.
They are not operating legally and have falsely claimed templates as their own work. The group does not have a true operating location anywhere in the US and you will be directed to their UK parent company without warning.
Buyer beware. This is a scam.
We are just starting out with our business venture and other people kept dropping the ball on the type of logo we wanted to represent our brand!!! Joe was awesome with the graphics and locking us in for life!!!
