First of all you have never ordered or paid for any hosting service at our company. You only had one domain name.
Profoundly you are referring to the custom DNS service kindly and freely provided with that domain, which was transferred from cPanel to DirectAdmin due to cPanel’s licensing policy change.
We would never transfer hosting services (even if notifying first) and have never transferred managed hosting services, without first having written permission by our client.
Also, of course, together with you, all clients with active domains and the free custom DNS service had been notified via eMail before this transfer (Sent: July 11th 2019 13:29 UTC). From thousands of free custom DNS service transfers, we only had no more than three related support tickets.
You had to first read our terms of service. Free domain services are tools for DNS and forwarding and are not supposed to host main websites of companies with SSL certification.
As your comment is public, we do keep the right to provide proof of our arguments.
We will keep kindly providing free extra hosting services for all our domain only clients.
