After a horrific experience with GenderGP, Anne Health have been wonderful. I now feel safe and confident transitioning. They have a brilliant email service and reply very quickly. The team are lovely, fully qualified and all trans or trans-adjacent folks who really care. They are still expanding their team and I’m really pleased that a trans masc doctor will be joining soon, so I can talk to someone with lived experience. Anne are transparent about costs and not out to fleece you like so many exploitative private clinics are. Having mobile phlebotomist visits included is great. I can’t recommend them enough.

I honestly am so grateful to have found Anne Health, their support has been immense. A thorough and knowledgeable team who are always on hand to talk and help. I couldn't recommend them more highly and don't know where I would be without them!

After being on waiting lists for over 3 years I was AMAZED how fast I was seen to with Anne Health. I joined Anne health in August of this year and by October I had a blood test and counselling session with one of their wonderful counsellors, by the end of October I had started my medication and am now 2 weeks on it! I feel amazing and couldn’t thank them enough

Helpful understanding and supportive. Monthly membership is manageable and helps budget as all consultation, blood tests etc are included.

Amazing service, we finally feel heard and cared for. My son is able to access what is absolutely going to be life changing healthcare. After years of struggle and huge impact to his mental health we can start to feel optimistic for the future and he can start to live his life authentically. The healthcare professionals are amazing, warm and friendly but very knowledgeable, contact with people with real, lived experience is a wonderous thing. We are so grateful to you all at Anne Health.

The whole team at Anne Healthcare have been incredibly supportive, professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the 9 months I've been with them. It's a privilege and I feel so lucky to be under their care. I can't recommend them enough.

Received outstanding service from the start and everything went smoothly. Was able to start treatment within just a few months, which was appreciated and did wonders for my wellbeing. They also always answer fast and empathetically and are pro-active with their care reaching out early to ensure all goes well. Strongly recommend them!

Excellent service lovely people all round

After experiencing gender dysphoria for all of my life, I never truly knew what happiness was. I’ve felt like this for over 20 years, in the ages of where being transgender wasn’t common knowledge or properly educated for small communities, like the one I grew up in. I always knew I was one of the girls, but wasn’t educated enough to make an informed decision and thought life has to be this way, but it doesn’t.

I’ve spent 10 years introducing gradual changes to present at who I really am (it’s exhausting putting on a fake persona everyday!).

Fast forward to the present. I love the NHS, but that waiting list was a death sentence and I couldn’t continue, so researched private care, most are designed to be run as a business and don’t care about the individual paying the bill. I seen this new(ish) company and it truly saved my life. Naturally, I was sceptical at first, but Anne Health has delivered everything and more at an affordable cost!!

Alix has been my absolute hero, being patient and answering my questions via email (usually instantly). Alix has been super kind and treated me as a human, not a number. The blood tests were done super quick and it shocked me how quick I could get the initial appt. I’ve just had my initial appt, with the most amazing woman called Jackie. She is an absolute QUEEN and I wish the appt could have gone on longer with her positive energy!! Thank you to all the team here for being the best and most caring service I’ve ever received.

If anyone can relate to my experience, get yourself signed up and you will feel more like yourself and most importantly comfortable in their care.

Can't fault the experience with Anne health at all, always happy to help and no question too much trouble. Affirming interactions with counselling and medical staff, no gatekeeping at all.

Anne health have been great. I haven’t had a bad experience with any of their team. They are all so helpful and friendly. They seem to always have your best interest at heart. The councilors are lovely. The process was very straightforward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Anne Health has honestly been such a positive experience overall and even though it’s a new company, I cannot recommend it enough! Literally saved my life and so many other young people’s too, providing healthcare for patients under 18. I saw a counsellor there who was a lovely woman, also being trans too which helped me feel safe and understood. The staff at Anne health are pretty much all LGBTQ+ and is run by a woman with a trans child who is a friend of a friend. My counsellor also had knowledge on autism as she has an autistic son who was looking to also became a counsellor for Anne Health so a very safe and down to earth experience with nice people. I got the healthcare I needed and started HRT. I can’t fault the company and genuinely feel so much better now I am receiving help. Since it’s still quite a small company it has a homely and local feel that is very supportive and I am impressed for sure. I was skeptical at first since they don’t have a lot of reviews but it really is genuine and I felt very understood especially with the fact many people knew of and understood neurodiversity. More people need to know about Anne health I feel so I’m writing this review to show my support!

Anne has been amazing to deal with, replying to enquiries fast and efficiently each and every time.

The costs reduce each year making your transition more affordable over time and there is no complicated menu steucture for pricing, just 1 monthly fee.

I have had no problems making appointments for blood tests, medical reviews or counselling and there is always someone at the end of a phone ready to take your call if you have any enquiries.

I highly recommend them and honestly wish I had joined them sooner. They have completely changed my life and I cant thank them enough.

Anne Health has been professional, respectful, organised, caring, great at communicating, quick and simple. This is outstanding gender affirming care, just a huge relief that Anne Health exists and so grateful for the service on offer.

My son has been receiving care from Anne Health, he transferred from another private provider, this is life saving treatment for him, all staff have been kind and knowledgeable and all queries answered quickly, everyone is very supportive. It's amazing how positively a person's life can be impacted when they are receiving the gender affirming care that they need.

I live in Northern Ireland and access is extremely limited to access hrt, with wait times of 10-12 years. I had lost hope quite some time ago. I know there are other companies but I was cautious of having to pay for blood tests etc. with Anne health, they’ve made everything so easy! It feels like Ive been worrying for nothing! The staff are so supportive and nice, and answered every question I threw at them (which there was alot!) and the entire experience has just been so amazing.
My HRT medications are currently on their way and I am just so excited to start this new chapter of my life, and start my transition medically! The entire process has come very quickly aswell! They’re on the ball! :)
All of this wouldn’t be possible without Anne health, I have nothing but positivity towards the company and cannot thank them enough!

Finally, a gender-affirming healthcare provider that works...

It's very unfortunate that in the UK right now, the only options available for trans people are self-medicating, winning a postcode lottery, or going private. Even going private is hard, as most providers are usually expensive and often bad.

Anne is definitely better than all other healthcare providers I tried. Transferring from a different provider, I was able to get tests and appointments fast, and all the people I talked to were knowledgeable and supportive. There was no gatekeeping.

I wish we lived in a country where this service didn't have to exist, but in the current circumstances, I'm very happy it does. Thank you.
