Luke and I have been working together for the last few months, so it is a relatively new relationship, as he sought to find me a new role post redundancy. As I built my network what stood out for me the most and the reason I want to work with Luke going forward was that he always made time for me. He made the effort to discuss roles with me, he followed up with me on my applications, he listened to my concerns and supported me. As someone new to the contract worker environment it was a surprise to see how many recruiters don't do this. I wish Luke the best and hope to work with him again in the future.

From start to finish of the recruitment process Thomas Roscoe in particular made the whole experience enjoyable and unusually in some clearance jobs, a very quick process.
