OK quality, but...
This desk was to be used to hold files. Not one drawer is large enough for this. Furthermore, items can fall out at the back and you have to actually lift the desk off the floor to retrieve dropped items.
It has been put together, so I guess I cannot return it, but I am disappointed.

I updated my address, yet my package was still delivered to the wrong location. When I first contacted customer service to find out where the package had been delivered, I was told it would take 5–10 business days to investigate. After waiting, I received no follow-up or update.

I contacted customer service again and was once more told that an investigation would take 5–10 business days. Only after I challenged this response was I offered a replacement shipment.

During the chat, I confirmed my address three separate times. Despite this, I have now received an email asking me to confirm my address again. This entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unnecessarily repetitive.

Delivery was prompt but box damaged. Luckily nothing inside was. Quality is ok but not as good as previous ones we bought.

Dealing with this company is a good experience. They are reliable and delivery was quick. I gave it four stars and not five because the size was very small and I felt that could’ve been better advertised. I’ve ordered from this company previously and I would definitely order from them again.

I am disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a couch from Aosom. While the couch itself is acceptable and arrived as expected, there were multiple issues with the product and the purchasing experience that left me feeling misled.

First, the couch was advertised with a promotional free dining table. At the time of purchase, the dining table was clearly included in my cart as part of the promotion. When the table never arrived, I contacted customer service and provided proof that the promotional item was included with my order. Despite submitting this evidence, Aosom declined to honor the promotion and did not provide the advertised free gift.

Second, the couch was marketed as having a built-in USB charging feature for phones and other devices. However, once the couch arrived, I discovered that an adapter required to use the USB ports was sold separately. This was not clearly disclosed during the purchasing process and was an unexpected additional expense. Had this been communicated upfront, I could have made a more informed buying decision.

As a customer, I expect companies to stand behind the promotions and product features they advertise. Unfortunately, this experience has raised concerns about the accuracy of Aosom's marketing and the effectiveness of its customer service. While the couch itself is functional, the unfulfilled promotional offer and the lack of transparency regarding the USB charging feature have left me dissatisfied with my purchase.

I encourage potential customers to carefully document all promotions and product claims before purchasing. I also hope Aosom improves its advertising transparency and customer support processes to ensure future customers receive exactly what is promised.

The items are exactly as described and arrived quickly. The lights work great.

Easy to find what l needed and fast delivery

Quick delivery and easy to put together with two people. Very happy with the set - it's comfortable and it looks very nice on my patio.

Delivery was right on time, the products are exactly as described, and the prices were very reasonable.

So far garage is good. Winter will tell
