I purchased a kitchen form PKB Kitchens, Paul Fox. Apart from being a cowboy builder and conman, the whole kitchen is falling apart. The appliances were purchased through Apelson. I have had to replace the oven, microwave grill and ceramic hob as they have all broken The larder fridge is also breaking. They will not help. Disgusting.
I called them up to find out about a knob assembly for my Cooke &
Lewis oven Model No CLMFBK60 which they advertise without a picture on their website after being recommended by B&Q ; I was sent an email of a parts Manual. I wanted to be reassured if it was the right part as shown in the manual; I called again and was assured that if it contained the 3 different pieces to make an assembly (knob assembly) , her response was if it is shown an assembly then it should be. I ordered the part only to my dismay to find only the push button which is no good as the others were required to make it work. When I called them and explained that this is not the right part, all I was told is they will send me an email with returns form and refund the monies minus the postage which is £6. I was shocked and due to having a cold and unable to hear myself I must have spoken in a louder voice to which they disconnected me. I called them again to explain and was told that I will be sent an email to get refunds and upon requests they gave me a complaints email. All I need is the right part which is shown on their manual. I was shocked to see the reviews on your platform.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such poor customer service. My oven broke but was under warranty. The warranty wording (one call, repair ie replace immediately) has not been adhered to. It took 4 engineer visits to obtain a replacement. One of the engineers failed to turn up, another who turned up wasn't qualified enough to deal with electrical issues- surely crucial if fixing an oven. They tripped my entire fuse box and I was without electricity for 40 minutes. They have ignored umpteen requests for their complaints procedure and have never offered a word of apology. 5 weeks later and a replacement oven was finally sent out after I mentioned legal action. They tried to charge me delivery and a fee to take the other oven away- be aware if it’s an electrical fault or under warranty they gave no right to do this. They still continue to ignore the fact that I didn’t have a working oven for a month because of their incompetent service. They have breached the manufacturers agreement by providing a faulty oven and further the terms of the warranty . I’ve alerted trading standards and the ASA (for misleading marketing claims about the warranty) but Apelson do not seem to care. Please avoid this company at all costs. The only way for the owners to address the requisite training needed for their staff is is hit them where it hurts- trade! I will be looking into legal action but I don’t see why it needs to come to this.
Forget about getting spare parts.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased a ceramic hob which was faulty from day 1. No power whatsoever. After several lengthy conversations with customer services (and having to argue my point to get a full refund and not just a repair or replacment) then wait in the whole day for a courier to collect, 4 weeks later and no refund has been issued. After another lengthy conversation with customer services turns out my refund request hadn't been done, so had I not noticed on my bank statement my appliances would have kept the £109.94 they owed me. How many people have returned faulty goods to my appliances to be reassured that a refund will be issued and to not receive one.

Worst company ever. Cheap quality sh1te! How can they sell this and expect people not to be angry. Our down draft extractor broke after 2 months. Awful company, just awful. Please avoid at all costs.

There's not enough information on their website, very few measurements, photos, it's pot luck whether you'll get what you need. They don't cover return fees even if it's their mistake. So frustrating
Cooker hood extractor fan stopped working whilst still under warranty. The engineer came out and did nothing to repair it. Excuse given that the hose on the exterior was slightly small by 1 mm. He also commented about these machine not being of good quality. I was never advised that there will be a charge for visit and now a bill of £65 sent. They are a totally rubbish company with extremely poor customer service. Avoid them at all cost!
Had this oven almost 2 years. The timer stopped working 6 months ago and last week the glass in the oven door exploded across the kitchen when the oven was cooking a chicken. I started looking for a new oven door but I must’ve been crazy. A total new oven will be the only option. Awful product!
The push button for the light on the curved glass hood extractor fan would not stay in and I could not illuminate the cooking area. I rang Apelson on Mon 21/06/2021 and was promised an engineer would be with me on 23/06/2020. John the engineer arrived at the time promised and quickly resolved the issue. Apelson could not have been anymore helpful than they were and their customer care service was excellent. Highly recommended.
I bought apelson 5 burner glass hob and haven’t had it for 2 years and it’s smashed to pieces whilst I was cooking on it was mortified

He said the real problem was that it was made in China. Received an invoice for £65 call-out a week later. Currently disputing it. Cheap rubbish, stay well clear.
