Great service, great product. I had an issue with Amex paymnet, called them up - everything got fixed quickly and it was great to speak with the person dealing with my delivery. And the courier they use was also great. No hidden surprises. Could not recommend them enough!

Quality Products
I ordered some kettle bells from the outlet and they are a really great, quality product - reasonably priced as well. I followed up the order by telephone (I hadn't spotted that the email confirming my order had gone to my spam folder!) and the lady on the telephone was fantastic and very helpful.
Order arrived promptly and I'm very happy. I will certainly use them again.

Second time ordering from this company
Second time ordering from this company. They are always very efficient and super helpful in customer services.
I ordered some of the outlet items this time and am happy with the quality and price.
It is great that they offer pickup from the facility in Cardiff too, saves on postage and means you don’t have to wait in to receive the parcel. Much less stressful!

Prompt service and delivery
Prompt service and delivery, one item was lost with courier, a 24 kg kettlebell! AP despatched another one with no fuss which arrived safely - then the other one turned up! AP said to donate to a local gym which I have done and they are very happy - so a great service all round. Good comms and result.

Made it very easy for me to purchase some items from their new Outlet website and normal website and have them delivered together in a quick and timely fashion.

Hi Philip, your order was placed online on Saturday, the 23rd of August. Due to the bank holiday, it was processed on Tuesday, 26th of August, picked and packed, and sent via our courier on Wednesday, 27th of August and delivered and signed for on Thursday, 28th of August, at 13.40. This is within our stated shipping time, which is five business days. Please let us know why you feel it's been almost 4 weeks, and we will try to help. No answer in the phone. Sent off court paperwork this morning against them - BEWARE before you order !

I think you should educate yourself on distance selling law and the consumer rights act 2015. Your contract and liability with the courier is not my concern, our contract is in entirely breach and you’ve done absolutely nothing to resolve since the phone call with Alex. It is not my lawful or contractual obligation to pursue your courier for loss and damages. I think you’ve just ignored it however you will discover it is not. It is an against consumer rights and law to ignore statutory law as you will discover.

I purchased an older model tactical…
I purchased an older model tactical training backpack last September which had some quality issues. I contacted Absolute Performance about this and in fairness Alex from Absolute Performance got back to me and offered me an improved newer model replacement bag free of charge which arrived today. I cannot fault this company for their excellent customer services. Would highly recommend.
