36 of 48 hat the wrong color cap

Ordered 2 set of 48 hats with our company logo on it. First sign of trouble was when the proof was sent, the orange in our hats was sent over multiple times in a yellow color. Super fast production and shipping time is a positive. Negative - the 36 of the 48 hat in one set are the wrong color. This is the color they had wrong on their website. The one I brought to their attention as I had the proper color hat sitting on my desk. I received assurance that I would get the correct color:

"Meanwhile, I would like to assure you the color of the cap you chose is correct and you may place an order whenever you are ready.

I highly appreciate your help finding this error.

The have updated their website now. Customer Service is horrible when I brought the issue to their attention. Machs said it would be "weeks" before a resolution would be available.

This is the second order I know about where they sent the wrong color caps. In the first - there was no offer to make it right or for any discount. Just a so sad too bad for there error.

I was giving them a chance but no more and it is time to let the world know this is not a good and honorable company.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is…

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to give a star to be able to write a review. I give Apparelinbags 0 stars. I ordered uniforms for my middle school cheerleaders in December. It is now March and the school year is almost over. I have not received any uniforms. We are a public charter school and we don’t have much money to spend on uniforms. This company stole over $800 from my school. They told us they had a fire 1 week ago, and will have to make our uniforms in Pakistan. Meanwhile, the school year is almost over and the children are upset because they had to cheer in makeshift uniforms. We were planning to go to cheer competition in April but it looks like we will never get our outfits. This is very disappointing and extremely cruel to steal from a school that has limited funds and children with high hopes of getting cheer uniforms. Shame on you Apparelinbags. I will never shop there again or refer you to anyone. Shame on you for stealing from children and upsetting their whole school year. I am going to post this on every social media platform because this is a damn shame.

Poor company
hidden fees at the end of a transaction
wont be around if they continue to be sneaky with additional pricing
digitizing 55.00. twice what other charge
small order charge: if they determine your order to small they charge you extra. not stated prior to check out

Very reliable company

Very reliable company! Received my order quickly and accurately. My only complaint is that they need more colors for the Comfort Colors shirts! But my husband loves these shirts for work and the prices are really great!

ANB Comes Through Again!!

I must say if I'm giving a 2nd review on a website in 3 days this has to be something good. I'm doing a huge project for my church and I have to order Camouflage shirts online and I've used quite a few to fulfill my orders but ANB has by far knocked to competition out the park. I received an order of 12 shirts on 7/25 and I then placed another order for 17 more shirts later that day and I received all 17 shirts on 7/27. Now that's what I call quick and correct service. I might have one more order for ANB for I'm done, and I'm sure they'll do me right once again.

The worst customer service & longest wait time

I started communicating with Apparelnbags at the end of October to order warm jackets and vests for our employees before the weather goes bad.
First, it takes them 2-3 days to respond to emails.
Second, they provide NONE assistance during the order processing. We paid a decent amount for around 150 items and were waiting for the confirmation for 2 weeks, but still never received it! It turned out that we had to complete the order on their website by adding the money transfer number. Sound simple but they never explained it to us!
While we were waiting for the approval, they run out of the items that we ordered, so we had to change the order. After 3 more weeks of the waiting time, they're telling us that the order isn't going to be complete soon because they lack some items again.
We are super late with gifts for our employees, we've spent lots of money on this order, and had the worst experience ever!!!

Your website is very easy to navigate

Your website is very easy to navigate. From finding items quickly to checkout is so very easy. I was very happy with the speed of delivery. For a home based business, the turn around it great. Bella and Canvas shirts are always perfect.

A company is as good as its customer service, and my experience was horrible. Chat support took almost an hour when I requested to cancel my order. Ordering from AIB was my only option given my companies deadlines, and I will not be returning.
