Perfect player support which always responses in 5 seconds, it is very helpful and patient. I dont regret about starting to use this company. One negative side is that after you used a welcome bonus you need to reroll your deposit amount 20x times on the odds higher than 1.6 to be able to withdraw. In my opinion rerolling 20 times on a certain amount of odds is a little bit too much, but anyways it was my fault that I didn't read the terms and cons of the welcome bonus. Overall this site is nice and I am happy that I started using it.

I've recently created my account in ArcaneBet and I was having trouble looking for the things I'm looking for and later I get a notice that I may contact their live customer support, and so I did.
I've only got in touch with 2 of them but judging from those two, I already know what to expect from the rest of them.
They would always follow up on your problems and would not stop until both of you are able to resolve it. And the best part is they would always be able to pinpoint the problem and give suggestions on what to do with it.

This site provides better odds than other sites do. You can choose lots of esports games and/or sports to bet from. Their live chat support is also great and friendly. They do really work hard and fast to solve any concerns. I've been using this site for almost a year already and I'm really satisfied with it.

Great service, they do the same thing every betting website does with active bonuses which can be a bit of a pain in the butt (as you need to bet a certain amount or you cant withdraw your full pot, because of the bonus, but they give you lots of info and lots of help.

Their live chat/support are super accommodating!
Even though sometimes, if not, rarely, the chat is offline, they get to answer all the problems as soon as possible. Leaving no unanswered nor unentertained queries.
