Honestly these guys are amazing, I've gambled on many esports betting sites from Pinnacle to gg.bet and always encounter the same sneaky sly events that leave me in hatred and frustration (BAD EXPERIENCE), im a high roller and everytime at arcane i had an issue it was always resolved. and they even go out of their way and take the extra mile in helping me, they credited me in advance so i can place bets before the funds hit my account, and deduct it out of my account after the sum lands (stupid btc transaction delays).. TELL ME WHICH OTHER BETTING SITE HAS DONE THIS? ONCE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED ONLY HAPPINESS REMAINS.

I do recommend ArcaneBet to everyone interested in betting, especially in Esports betting. Their site is easy to understand, simple and (as a personal opinion) as a cool and fresh look. The variety of lines is also a selling point, I personally like the one where you get to pick the final score of matches (in Best of 3) which is a line I rarely find elsewhere. Great live bet lines that I've used and profit from. Their live support is great, and "great" is an understatement. They're fast and helpful, and clearly work to help the client, something becoming rare these days. I've had a problem with multiple accounts and they helped out really fast and with the least trouble for me. The only downside of ArcaneBet is their withdrawals time. As someone who likes to get their money fast, I've had some issue with it since they take up to 72h to send you the money through Skrill, something I was not used to in other websites. Just to clarify, I've always got my money and ArcaneBet is 100% legit, however from what I've understood their payout system is still managed manually which makes it, well, not instantaneous, which is something I expect when I'm dealing with skrill transfers. I hope they work on this because this site and their team are clearly on the right path.

The best thing about the website is the customer support. Almost non-stop, reliable help from great people. The interface could use some work, but it's still good. Unfortunately, they lack more withdrawing options and that is why i will rate it 4 stars.
