DO NOT order from this company. The clothes are shockingly bad quality & faulty. They sent faulty & wrong items then refuse to take responsibility to refund. Cost £33.30 to return the items and they will not cover the cost or refund the cost of the items and it takes forever to receive the parcel & then got stuck at their customs on the return but they take no ownership of this. Awful, awful company.

Do not buy. I ordered on Dec 11, cancelled immediately. They confirmed the refund in writing but never sent the money. It has been 45+ days. They keep sending automatic emails saying 'we are checking with the team'. This is a dropshipping scam. I have reported them to the authorities and my bank.

Provided invalid return phone number. Courier refused shipment.

Im sorry to say but have Waited over 25 days now for my clothes and have not gotten anything yet I hope for Them that they Can deliver it by the next 2 weeks

Possibly the worst company I have ever ordered from. The clothes arrived and were of such a poor quality that I had no choice but to return them. I had to pay an extortionate fee to ship the items to Dubai where Arveilo then did not answer on the three occasions that the courier attempted delivery. I raised this with them and they informed me several times (after me having to chase almost daily) that they were discussing the matter in-house. I was then notified by the courier that the parcel was being returned to me due to multiple failed delivery attempts. I have had to dispute the transaction through my bank in order to get the money back, after which the Arveilo customer service team stated that they had informed me of this decision several times, which they had not. I then received an incredibly rude and unprofessional email from customer services again stating that they would not be responding to my concerns further and that the case was deemed closed, as their failings had been ‘resolved’ by my bank crediting me the refund. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service in my life. Please avoid at all costs.

This business is fraudulent. They shipped an extremely cheap wallet that looked *absolutely* nothing like advertised on their website. After sending customer service a photo of the awful merchandise, customer service wanted me to cover the international shipping and fees to return the item to Dubai. Absolutely not. Customer service was a big waste of time. I'm in the process of disputing the transaction with my credit card company. Buyer beware.

If you see this Ad for CLEAR FIX from ARVILARO don’t buy it!!! It doesn’t work and they wouldn’t stand behind their Guaranteed Refund or Return policy!!It’s supposed to take scratches off of your car but it’s a scam!! Just wanted to warn people 😊

Terrible. Misrepresentation of their products. Very low quality. Delivery was well over a month and one item was never delivered; I was told it was “out of stock” after the pair of shoes never arrived. They were never able to tell me what was shipped. Sweater and shoes came in a stuffed plastic bag. I would consider this company a scam.

Have been shopping with Arveilo for 1 year now love the clothing amazing quality at reasonable prices delivery are always quick. Highly recommend

They say 30 days return but Arveilo deceived us. We ordered three items. We returned them before receiving from the custom due to the high custom fees. We informed Arveilo via email. But after some correspondence, we received an email today which says they will not refund the money. WHATCH OUT this company and STAY AWAY from them.

I would give 0 star rating, this website is a scam. they don't provide you with a valid returns address, so you spend a fortune returning the goods for them to be sent back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

If I could give a zero score I would! No confirmation received on ordering, no delivery date stated (which took a month and now digging through their website was always going to be at least 2 weeks), no response to a status update request or a cancellation request. Had ordered an alternative Christmas gift as a result, not this turned up (poor quality too!) and they’re saying I have to send back to Dubai and they will deduct initial shipping cost from the refund too!
This is basically a scam and impossible to ever return anything. No surprise the ‘reviews’ on their website aren’t linked to trust pilot or the actual reviews…

This is a scam website i lost much to regret on such fake products they deliver fake things even not fitting and take around month to o deliver such fake goods dont buy from this website.

Arveilo is a scam don't buy. I bought some suede loafers on December 10th and never got them and it's been 21 days today when they promised delivery in 12 days. 17Track shipping is also a scam now when I checked it says it still has not even shipped yet.

Scam- claims quality- but you get cheap shoes.
They state the shoes are made in France- but come from China. You call them out on it and they reply saying they never claimed they are made in France but look at the website- we have screenshots and it still states it on their site! Avoid at all cost!

We ordered some shoes which did arrive, but where the wrong size. After a lengthy process of taking pictures and video of the purchase and getting approval to get a refund, we were told we had to ship them to the UAE at our expense. The cost of shipping is almost half the value of the product and there is no guarantee that we will get a refund.

Don't buy anything you might want to return.

The items you see in the pictures aren't the items you'll get in the mail. Very cheaply made shoes and clothing. Also, it will take twice as long to receive since its coming from China. Not worth the headache and disappointment!

I am a bit confused with my order. I ordered the velino hybrid jacket. It has arrived today no issue with the delivery but the quality of the product is not up to scratch. The quality in the pictures on the website look so much better than the product I got in real life. I know it’s minimal branding but there is no branding whatsoever on this jacket not even on the inside at the back of the neck it just has the size of the jacket. Overall the quality is not great and I was given false hope with the product and probably will not buy from them again.

I bought 250 dollars worth of clothes that were on sale and it came completely different to the picture with one of the worst qualities I have ever felt, cost me 100 dollars to return it back which they said they would provide a return for us, and once it was payed and shipped they did not accept it and left us with nothing, don’t ever buy from here there support was ass too.
