The clothing quality is comparable to low-cost fast-fashion brands and does not meet expectations. The positive reviews appear unreliable, and the fit and overall craftsmanship are disappointing. I would not recommend this retailer.

Really cross with myself. My son hassled me into buying this. £47 on awful jumper worth about £5.

Absolute rubbish. Ordered clothing and it arrived from within UK. It was poor quality and most items didn’t fit. The return address is in Dubai so it would’ve cost £35 to send it back. Customer services at this place is a joke. They rarely reply and when they do they never address the issue. We got tired of emailing them as it was like speaking to a child. Do not order from this scamming company.

Ordered a hair creme relax, 2 months ago but never received and they want me to go to the post office pick a prove that they didn’t delivered. What??? This is ridiculous because they will never do that. So, because of that Arveilo or Arvilaro doesn’t want refund me. So, I only can rate them as a Terrible company and do not recommend to buy form them. They keep on send emails asking for documentation about item not received. Totally ridiculous!

Horrendous quality clothing, feel like SHEIN or Temu resold

Ordered a pair of jeans for my son, they took 2 weeks to arrive, completely different colour and wrong size when I contacted them they asked me to send a picture and if I wanted to return them I had to pay £20 plus import tax! Don’t buy from this company.

Not good quality clothes and if you want to return anything good luck. Returning something will defeinetly cost you more than what the items are worth.

Terrible service. Firstly got completely the wrong order then I have to pay for the shipping cost for the return to get the refund even though I didn't order that item. Arveilo are not even covering this and its costs 1/4 of the cost of the item

Took 3 months to arrive and not only are they not linen as they were supposed to be the color is totally different as well and such poor quality
They then wanted me to send back to Dubai covering the shipping costs and taxes to be able to get a refund
Totally ridiculous

I will be reporting them to trading standards at the uk address whilst also using my lawyer in Dubai to see if he can do anything there also

I ordered a wallet,when it arrived it was nothing like the website image.

I asked for a refund, I had to spend an additional £11 to post it back to Dubai.

I have been waiting 2 months for a refund now , they keep missing the return delivery attemps. I am really getting fed up waiting for this to be resolved.

I spent a good amount on clothes here stupidly without reading reviews first. Not only did my order take a month to arrive, I received the bare minimum communication throughout the whole process with no reassurance apart from a tracking number that doesn’t work. When my order had finally arrived. Not only was it missing one peice of clothing which was the most expensive thing in there. The quality was awful and you can probably find better in primark. Never shop from here this is the worst service and clothing brand I have ever seen. Clearly just a fake a brand to sell cheap clothes for high prices. I’d attempt to get a refund however seeing other reviews and comments it doesn’t seem like it’s worth the effort.

Order a pair of sneakers. They took over 2 1/2 weeks to arrive.
When they did they are very poor quality and too small!
When contact the company for a return authorisation was advised that the item needs to be returned to Dubai with the postage costs paid by the customer!!!!
No where on the website does it state that returns have to be sent to Dubai

Was sent the wrong item, they did not agree. Was after many emails offered a small compensation. I did not even want the item anymore, but because I would have to pay for return myself i would loose to much money on a refund.

The items displayed on their website are not the items they ship to you. they ship you cheap imitations !!

When you email them for a return, they ask you to return to Dubai with tracked shipping. Return shipping is your responsibility.

The trainers I now have are not the ones I ordered. Paid £40. Return shipping to Dubai is £32. So if I return these and due to their error, I'm out of pocket !!

Total scam. Bought over 120 pounds worth of clothes and when they arrived the quality was so poor, I returned them to an Address in Dubai provided by Arvielo. The courier attempted multiple deliveries at that address (I have proof) then took them to a depot in Dubai. Contacted Arvielo and it was just nonsense they were talking. To the point I told them to keep my money but said I would be outing them. Seems a fair trade! Don't be scammed like me and others!

I placed a “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” order with Arveilo, but one of the items (“Laura Lock”) was never delivered. Despite providing all requested photos and the shipping label, it’s now been over a month with no update or resolution.

Their last reply said they were “checking with the team,” but I haven’t heard anything since. Poor communication, slow response, and zero accountability. I’ll be reporting this to my payment provider for non-delivery. Would not recommend.

Absolute scam! Arrived 3 weeks late, told to send return items back to Dubai at my cost and a month later having sent the parcel it has reached the destination given via the company's support email because no one has been in to receive it. Quality of the products are not what is advertised. Will not be buying from them again.

Avoid at all costs - scam. Arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Misshaped jumper, incorrect size with no label. Attempted return only to be told shipping back to Dubai at my cost and I would have to cover import duties, VAT etc into Dubai. And then they would minus their shipping cost from my refund. Complete scam.

We ordered a pair of linen trousers on a seemingly Swedish website. It was supposed to be delivered within a few days. After ordering we received an email that the product would be sent from a chinese factory. It took several weeks to arrive and when we opened the package it was a completely different and unexpensive product, also the size was wrong. We had a long email correspondens with them but they only want to pay back approx 30 per cent of the money and did not even offer to send the right product. Beware! Our experience is that this is a fraudulent company!
