Hello Aylin, Thanks for this review. Indeed the delivery was not complete and we are sorry for this. Your first message was received on friday 17.45h. Outside our office hours. Our shop may be open 24/7 but our customer service is not working in the weekends. I have replied your email/facebook messages on saterday (facebook) and sunday (email). And on monday the 2 parts you were missing were put on transport. Personally I think this is state of the art service. But indeed it was better when the first delivery was also state of the art.

Beautiful lamps
Beautiful lamps, made with quality materials! Atmooz has a nice website with good information (measurements etc.) and the photos are truthful. We've now ordered four lamps in total and what struck me with delivery was that they are very carefully packaged with a lot of support so that the lamps cannot be damaged.

We ordered the saigon hanging light
We ordered the saigon hanging light. After installing one lightbulb was not illuminating. We used the led bilbs from atmooz. On the light fitting it was indicated a max of 2 Watt can be used. However on the site it is mentioned to use less than 2 watt led. It is confusing. We then got another plate. So i needed to call the electrician again to replace the plates at my cost.
The light bulbs delivered are not the same type as shown the site which is confusing as well.
