Just had my boiler serviced my engineer was Mannie a very thorough and competent engineer good service made the appointment for Monday but was informed they couldn't do the job that day due to sickness rescheduled for next day no problem with that Mannie very polite and skilful

New water tank supplied and fitted by aura, very happy with finished result, Gary worked hard and cleaned and hoovered everything when he finished removed all rubbish.Highly recommended thankyou

A very professional service from Aura gas
The engineer arrived as agreed and immediately set to complete the boiler annual service. He was efficient, friendly and fully explained what he had completed including cleaning the heating system filter. We have had excellent service from Aura gas for a number of years.

Really poor experience
We were awarded a grant for a system tune up, new thermostat & 5 new TRV’s. TRV’s appear to be of poor quality, 2 have already broken. Engineer managed to leave us with no central heating, and 2 leaking radiators. Had to call out local companies to rectify the errors, at a cost of over £400. Leaks were discovered separately, a week apart, the 2nd one over a weekend.Will also have to replace TRV’s, as 2 are broken, and I have no confidence in the other 3.

Good evening, I am sorry that you feel the System Tune Up was not carried out as you would expect. The equipment used is specified and we have never been advised of any failures to date. Equally if a part is faulty then we would of course replace this under the product warranty at no cost to yourself. In these circumstances you claimed there was an issue on a weekend and decided to contact your own emergency plumber to resolve the matter out of hours. Aura would naturally be able to resolve any issue, if we had caused this but we would not cover the costs you claim you were charged by the out of hours plumber. I am sorry you feel this is not acceptable. Obviously the work we have done will still have a warranty and we can manage any issues that you have in the future if you report them to us.
Repair and annual service
During an annual check the technician spotted a leak which needed a part replacing. This was easily organised as a revisit today has fixed the leak. Everyone from Aura has been polite friendly and efficient. Very satisfied
