All money lostq

Hi!
I'm very diappointed because I lost my account and all invested money (1000€) within one day.
I worked with the broker Michel Richie. He helped me to open positions and at the beginning we made profit and even doubled the money in one month. But then He said we go to another level of trading (indexes) and opened for me Nasdac positions with very big risk against general trend. I asked him - are you sure what you are doing. He replied YES 100%. As the result I lost all what I had.
Afterwards I asked him why you did this, without any risk management. He just laught on me and suggested to me to start again.
My question now - do the company have any responsibility if his broker makes big mistakes and the client lose the account?

Bad customer service. Incompetent financial department

The customer service experience with Avatrade is a really bad, I would not recommend this broker. If you do a transfer, an immediate transfer they will take three days to clear your funds although you sent proof of payment and the money shows directly in their account. This did not happen once, I'm currently on the third try still waiting for my funds to be allocated. Only automated replies on my mails and they do not answer if I call. This is when you deposit money. What worries me is that it will be worse on withdrawal. Stay away!!!

Excellent support agents

Excellent support agents! I accidentally clicked on something I shouldn’t have and contacted support. I was shocked at how fast they answered, and was also pleasantly surprised to have encountered a support agent (Max) who knows what he’s doing. Finally, a broker that actually cares about its traders.

As a long haul merchant

Run away, go elsewhere

I trusted Avatrade at first. Then I realized that as soon as a stop was close enough it was touched by suspicious streaks... market making in its splendor. I also lost my entry bonus on a wrong move, no possible discussion with Avatrade. This bonus was granted with a counterpart of a minimum volume traded: in less than 6 months I had already traded nearly 17 lots out of the 25 needed in 1 year: it was a trap for the beginner I was forcing to trade without waiting for the favorable conditions. Several orders closed without my intervention, once again no explanation! It turned out that most of the analyses sent out on a daily basis are false and are, in my opinion, only proposed to bring liquidity into the markets by making beginners lose. Finally, when we want to recover our funds, it is so complex... to this day I still have not recovered anything. I strongly advise to run away and go elsewhere.

Avoid this Broker and Management…AVATRADE & LaraCM

Avoid this Broker and Management company
There appears to be collusion between the 2 companies which should be against any Conflict of Interest
Avatrade offered very generous bonus if account opened with LaraCM and deposits made in May
However, within 2 weeks $20k account was reduced to zero
As a Market Maker, Avatrade directly profited from the idiotic trades placed by LaraCM involving Gold, Oil and GBPUSD, all against the trend, to get one wrong is understandable, but ALL 3 !
The claims made by LaraCM on their performance were not backed up when requested
Furthermore, I was locked out of the account, I was informed by Avatrade I had to send an email and it would take up to 24hrs to close the trades

Have yet to hear back from Avatrade on all the details involved in my loss, but so far my dealings with them in customer service has been terrible. Awaiting official response before taking case to Ombudsman
Avatrade are certainly not interested in their clients, other than taking their money, and as they are a Market Maker, they are on the opposite side of your trade
Alooth they claim to be headquartered in Ireland, with Irish Directors, all dealings have been with people mainly in Middle East, none in Ireland, furthermore, their Irish headquarters appears to be a nondescript office building with to markings of the company
Does Dáire Ferguson as CEO exist?
Maybe they are trying to recoup the €210,454.00 in tax default last year. (refer Irish Times 12 June 2018)

Regarding previous 2 reviews of Baskaran and Edwin:
- Baskaran : You know very well that you are lying about your matter, no one forced you to open an acount either shadi or any other part from laracm.
1) Bonus offered by avatrade has its terms and conditions which you should read in advance before claiming it.
2) The POA has been filled and send in one email to avatrade and a cc. to your email adres as well, therefore this is an approval by you however you didnt complain it, in addition all your conversation with laracm has been recorded and ready to view anytime.
3) you had a full access to your account and you were watching trades 24/7 and discussing with laracm as well.
4) you asked for a high risk trade also, which can be prooved by screenshot from laracm side.
5) you had a full control of your account such as deposits\withdrawals\monitoring\ etc.
6) your account was earning for almost more than a month, why you didnt complain in that time and disconnect from the master ?

conclusion, you are trying to give your fault to avatrade or laracm in the time you were looking for having a high income from forex, which is very known that it is risky and you might lose your money any time.

avatrade is a trusted broker by thousands of traders since years and years, if you have any complain about your account manager, dont mix or add avatrade name just to be feeling condifent.

AVATRADE link accounts to master accounts only after your approval, they didnt choose for you an account manager, but you chose.
withdrawals of bonus will be automatically rejected if you didnt cover the required trade volume yet, you should read the bonus terms and conditions before adding a review somewhere.
your account reached to 80% profits according to your balance during a month and half, why didnt you complain that time and you only do once your account has lost ? and why it was not scam that time ??
adding reviews here and there just to cheat people and to hurt companies like avatrade, is a silly behaviour.

Avatrade with their affliate LAra Capital Management

Avatrade , Shadi Dawood, applied aggressive sale techniques to open and add funds to account by giving extra bonus on deposits in MAY 2019 for Lara capital Management's (LaraCM) Managed Accounts only.

The Bonus was dependent on 6 months probation, ie, large amount of trades required unless bonus would be lost.

I was asked to set up an account with LaraCM , LaraCM opened account in Avatrade and LaraCM sent LPOA to Avatrade (without my approval - LPOA not signed by me). I did not have access to the account to adjust the trading.
Trades were made my LaraCM against the trend to destroy the account, when I found this out and telephoned Avatrade to close the trades, I was informed account was locked to me. They said I had to send an email and it would take 24hrs and all trades have to be closed in order to disconnect LaraCM, THIS MEANS I DIDN'T HAVE THE CONTROL OF MY ACCOUNT . Avatrade didn’t allow me to control account. Both of my account blown out within few weeks of opening a trade account. Beware of Avatrade and Lara Capital Management.

AVATRADE link accounts with their affiliate LARACM who is a unprofessional Fund Manager. Once the account is linked with LARACM the withdrawals are rejected. AVATRADE is a scam broker.

I have been trying to verify my account…

I have been trying to verify my account for the last 2 weeks but I cannot get through to anyone and no one has responded to any emails it’s impossible to get through when all I want to do is verify my account and it keeps getting rejected for reasons they are not even telling me.

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Tried to withdraw my money and they only transferred money after I left negative reviews everywhere. AVOID !
I joined beginning of January when they had an offer if you deposit 200, you get 25 on top.
I opened an account, few days later I deposited 200 to an account.
It took them around 3 weeks to check the uploaded documents and i checked the trustpilot reviews which are abysmal as well as I noticed multiple suspicious five star reviews that seem fake as well as multiple FB accounts and Trustpilot accounts for the SAME company which is against FB and Trustpilot policies. That got me worried. I have noticed that there are a lot of scams out there lately to take advantage of the crypto fever so I was concerned.
Fortunately few days later they verified the account and deposited the money but guess what? No bonus.
Here starts the hunt for their support. At that time for some reason they didnt even have a person on the phone, they would just hang up on you. Web page support chat would also never work as its always offline.
I left a review on trustpilot because they would sometimes respond on there.
Got contacted by some "manager" who set up my account and even gave me the promissed bonus.
So 3 months go by and I have been using other accounts to trade so I made only 1 trade on this account because I forgot about it.
They hit me with a 50£ "inactivity fee".
I leave a review on Trustpilot and try calling support - they only have one guy on the phone and any issues have to be emailed in anyways. The reply on trustpilot states that their T&C's say that the fine for inactivity is 25£ for every 3 months. They charged me 50 so I enquired as to why it is double. They send me a reply quoting their "NEW" T&C's saying that now it's 50.

I suspect this is not a serious business. They have lousy support and i find this whole nonsense about inactivity fees to be hard to believe. Their email support statements conflict with their replies on Trustpilot which also makes me suspicious that these guys just can not be trusted for long term investment. As I withdrew the money, they also took back the bonus which is just a bit of a nasty thing to do proving the point that you should avoid these guys for the security of your funds as they use their T&C's as a tool to just empty your account. There's a 50£ fee every 3 months to just hold your money as well as "annual administration fee" every year or something stupid like that also the bonuses they offer will be taken back when you withdraw all the money from your account. A bit of a disappointment really.

The Inactivity Fee T&C were updated to 50.00 GBP/USD/EUR in the first quarter of 2018, but the duration of inactivity period was also extended from 1 month to 3 months. Regarding the welcoming bonus; a certain amount of volume has to be generated before you can withdraw the bonus, or withdraw funds while keeping the bonus. This was point 5 of the Welcoming bonus T&C. When you register, you are asked to read the Terms and Conditions, and then accept them. Since you have an account with us, we take it that you did read the T&C and you did accept them.

Opened an account with AvaTrade last…

Opened an account with AvaTrade last week.

After making the deposit, I was sent and email saying "Claim your Bonus
In order to claim your bonus you will need to verify your account. Please do so within 14 days of your first deposit" which I did.

Today, I enquired via the online chat on how to claim my bonus, I was given some this excuse "As an European Client, you cannot receive bonuses anymore, according to the new ESMA Regulation" seems like an easy way out of not honouring your emails!

To top this off, the online attendant was rude and unhelpful!

Seriously considering closing this account when my positions close!
