Having communicated with James and Mike over the past 6 months i have nothing but praise for these guys. I get Mike i love this youtube channel and his Personal Honest opinions on tech. I had purchased a phone from them a while ago which ran into some issues and had to be sent to Korea for fix , which was all covered under warranty free of charge! The communication from James and indeed Mike has been nothing short of first class. Mike even phoned me earlier today for a update and chat. I've never experienced customer services like that from any company before. Unbelievably good. Keep up the superb work guys. Just want to express my gratitude for your continued great work

All I can say is, DO BUY from ADT Store.
This month I’ve bought a VivoX200Ultra, HuaweiPura70Ultra & OppoX7Ultra is en-route.
I don’t know Mike personally, but the guy we see on his YouTube channel is reflected in the way his store operates. Whether it’s emails from Samantha or James, you WILL be kept up to date - they’re VERY professional, polite & clearly love tech themselves. I’ll be buying more phones through ADT Store… Justin House.

My first time importing a Chinese model phone and purchased in the AD store because it meets my expectations. The communication with the store is good and friendly. Will buy again.

Quick and easy payment/checkout on this store, all terms and conditions are clear cut which is useful when ordering a phone from overseas, been a long term fan of AD and his store reflects how much of a staple he is in the tech reviewing community :)

I have ordered three phones (Oppo Find X8 Pro, Vivo X200 Ultra, and Honor Magic v5) from Average Dad, and all occasions the experience has been great.

Although they offer two weeks for a free return, I could return the Oppo after that time had passed (minus re-stocking fee, fully acceptable), and the pre-ordered Vivo was sent on time.

I cannot recognize my experience in that of other reviewers, and I can only warmly recommend buying here; I have thrice, and will do so again.

Update 17/05/2025:
Got a tax invoice above the £40, sent a copy of the invoice, and was reimbursed directly, as promised per policy.

Update 02/10/2025:
Fast forward and I ordered the Honor Magic V5 from ADT. I got the phone but it turned out to be a "Monday sample" and Mike was more than forthcoming to help me sort out and get a replacement device. It was a lengthy discussion, he was top-notch professional, kind, and even gave me a call.

I will definitely buy from ADT/Mike again, and can 100% recommend to anyone to buy from him. Don't believe the haters!

I've ordered three items from the store in the past year two phones and a pen and I had no problems at all, five star⭐

Unfortunately still had to pay The customs duties, even though it was written that they were included in the purchase price.

Ordered an Mi Pad 7 on 21. April. Today we got 5. Mai and nothing. Nothing arrived, tracking wasn't even given through mail, I had to ask and the package is still on its way, but where it is, nothing. Any feedback from Average Dad Tech, nothing. I hope I get it but delivery time is really bad right now.

UPDATE: 16. Mai, still no delivery.

UPDATE: funny, got my money today, after 2.5 months because asked a friend to help me, as he knows you. Don't know, when I would got my money without the friend. And funny, never mentioned it. I could send you the screenshot of all mails and you even answered some. As I didn't want to bother you, I asked after weeks and than 2 weeks later and more. You said, it is lost, than it is back sending, than I get a refund when it arrives in China. Which was weeks ago, so don't know, how long it takes to get back to China, but if you like, I post the mails you wrote as answers on my mails.

UPDATE: 14.11 I waited for months and only after I asked a friend who had more contact to you, you gave me a refund. Sorry, why should I delete this review. It is my experience with your shop. And I can show you my messages, I wrote min. 5 mails and you even answered.
