Item arrived quickly and safely - well packed. The camera was as described in the details. The weather, at the time of writing this, mid December 2020 has prevented a full test of the camera. However what testing that has been done proved that the focus and exposure were correct when viewed in Photoshop.
A more comprehensive test and familiarisation will be done in the new year I don't expect to have any problems with the camera.

However the Reconditioned Nikon Camera lens Described as condition GOOD that I purchased was far from that -
The actual front Lens was badly scratched, the barrel marked and to be honest I was shocked at the condition. Well used would have been a better description
I Could have easily picked up a lens of this quality for half the cost and even then I would have returned it,
Return Procedure was easy and quick so no faults there but would think twice before using again.

The quality of the phone was far higher than I had envisaged. I would not hesitate to recommend Back Market as a future supplier to friends and family. In fact the phone is as good as new and the transfer of data from my previous Nokia 5, through Google, to it was as simple as it was effective.
This is my fourth Nokia mobile phone and it is the best to date. the increased storage capacity and the provision of a space for a second SIM card are exactly what is needed for international communications.
Brought a 'refurbished' Iphone - Battery life was horrendously poor, barely lasts 4 hours.
Having trouble logging into my account, tried to reset password multiple times - there isn't a contact number on the website - ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

terrible. i ordered 2 i pand and only received 1 no way to contact this company at all. i also orders 1 apple watch, had an error code appear in the checkout the same as i did with my first order. Now im not sure if the order has gone through and there is not way to contact anyone. i iwll be contacting the credit card company for a chargeback. DO NOT USE

Then nothing , I chased and was told dont worry it's bad for you ! But still no phone, chased again and got email saying order cancelled !!
Money will be back in account, guess what 2 days later it's not!!!

Phone in lovely condition, jut a few marks on the back, battery 100%. Had a few problems with the cable supplied and bought an Apple cable myself which sorted ths out.
The goods turned up on time and were in excellent condition. I was pleasantly surprised to be honest. Would definitely use again.
I thought I would share my thoughts with you on our company's most recent experience with Back Market, in simple terms totally disappointed and really would encourage others not to use this to avoid stress and pain. I used to work for Amazon, use Amazon a fair amount but am always open to exploring other marketplaces to procure for our business. That said, the pain I have gone through to buy equipment for my new team has been so painful I will never use Back Market again.
I purchased 4 monitors and 5 laptops. Out of the 4 monitors, 1 did not work with a faulty screen and 3 had faulty power cables. I returned the screen and the seller sent me more cables that were the wrong size for the monitor. Absolutely shambolic. The Seller did try and send me more kit as soon as possible but sending the wrong cables after I specifically requested ones that matched our monitors was unprofessional.
Out of the laptops I purchased, 3 are missing Windows keys. I have had back and forth communication with the Sellers and the monitors issues and am stil unable to fix it. I am sure you have stringent Seller Performance checks for your Sellers but I have to say I won't be using Back Market again and would not recommend others to do so.
My iPhone arrived early and in new condition, it looks and works fantastic so far! Thinking about using Back Market for my next electronic purchase.
