Disappointing & No refund on a return
Ordered a replacement toilet seat from website. Toilet seat was not the best quality compared to the original and missing components. Expected much better quality and the seat would not stay in position.
i contacted support. They told me i had ordered the wrong seat even though all measurements were correct.
They provided me a link to a toilet seat on their websiye. I ordered it and when arrived it was too short.
I had to send the second seat back cost £10 to get ny money back on the second seat.
Bathlabs were supposed ro refund the money around 5th Ocotber. They never refunded the money on return even though they said they will. I will be reporting them to Trading standards.
That’s my experience of bathlabs

I’m not one for always writing reviews but I really felt Greg went above and beyond to help me when I was on a deadline and the radiators are amazing quality, for a really good price. I haven’t experienced that with many companies lately. Radiators arrived perfect, I love them and look so good in the bathrooms. Thanks so much, would definitely purchase again from this company. I can’t work out how to add photos or I would!

Good customer service, issues with shipping
I ordered a vanity unit from this company. I did have a few issues that made the process a bit frustrating, which I think is more to do with their suppliers than this company itself. I was at home on the day of planned initial delivery but somehow managed to miss it. The note left in mailbox did not have an option to arrange redelivery, so I had to contact the company. They arranged for a new unit to be sent, but this was a whole new delivery rather than a redelivery of the previous order, so it took almost a week. The unit then arrived damaged.
However, their customer service was good (especially via the online chat function on their website), and I received timely responses to all my enquiries. After the first unit arrived damaged, I received a replacement in good time.
I am happy with the product ultimately received, but perhaps improvements could be made to shipping arrangements with suppliers.

Lovely quality vanity unit. Cupboard was damaged when it arrived but the replacement was organised within an hour of emailing. Perfect item arrived next day. Couldn't ask for better service.

Faulty item, terrible customer services
This is my second order from bathlabs. Had a good experience with both in terms of delivery of goods but very quickly a part broke (toilet seat fixing). I contacted them via email to report and they confirmed it was covered by warranty. Over 2 months and 7 emails later, still no part. Multiple requests for pictures to confirm part needed (despite that presumably being on the spec?), wrong part sent out, a lot of hassle, still not fixed.
The stuff is nice but I would avoid in future for awful customer service issues.
