Awful company. Never buy from them. I ordered a product and when it arrived it was faulty. I emailed them to get a refund and it took them two days to reply. I ordered the same one again and it stopped working after 5 minutes. I am

Been a customer for a few years and they have never let me down the latest item was priced well and even got a money off voucher so it cost even less.

Made a mistake by purchasing something whilst signed out however I got an email with all the information I need to track and expect my delivery, therefore it is mainly my fault however, you should also either: add tracking (order details such as pending or completed) for people signed out, or simply not let people buy items before signing in/up. Thanks.

Bought 3 items, returned 1 for exchange or refund almost 1 month ago. No replacement item, no refund, now not responding to email. I would not buy from bbguns4less again at any price.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered to Sweden which should take maximum 2 weeks. 1 month has gone by without any updates. Tracking has not updated for a month and still says that package is on its way to Sweden from the uk. They don’t answer me when I mail them. And if they answer they won’t give me the full response and they have not paid me back yet. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not buy from here. Fraud company

I have brought I have had to send back (and that's not straight forward) they always break, I am careful with them remembering that they are just toys but sometimes they just don't work straight out the box

I love the special offers that you have on makes it easier to get different things for my collection the shipping and price are good value never had a problem

5 days later still no parcel i have order 2 different parcels but still nothing they dont reply to emails or answer phones do not buy from this company they are not reliable

I ordered various items vis BBGuns4less and despite some confusion from the system issuing an erroneous email and ID not being received, BBGuns responded promptly with delivery received very quickly. Staff shortages meant being on hold for long periods and having to resort to emails, however the end result was excellent - So thank you

Hi guy's received my R9/4 today after unboxing, adjusting the hop up, it does exactly as described. 👍As for the service staff kept me informed of the progress royal mail tracker worked great ....can't thank you all enough keep up the good work 😉.
