I wish I could rate them -5 because…

I wish I could rate them -5 because that’s what they deserve. Consumer services is atrocious! This company might make a nice boot but they are robbing ppl blind, I made an error when ordering, not sure how but I ended up ordering a child size girls boot, I was not shopping for girls I was shopping for womens, so immediately upon receiving I called, well they don’t do exchanges so my option was a g/c or refund, I took the refund, reluctantly because I really wanted/needed a winter boot. Then it was time to receive instructions on the return package label, it’s not electronic that’s not an option, I do not own a printer, the agent said not having a printer isn’t her problem, (thanks lady for going above and beyond to retain a NEW customer). UPS was nice enough to print it for $2 great service and fair price. Today my refund was processed and they kept a label fee and shipping fee….meanwhile my original order was free shipping (not as a courtesy but because I met the dollar amount criteria for free shipping!), I also received as a first time customer a % off which they also reversed!!!!
I am appalled at their service strategies APPALLED!!!! It would have been proper customer service for the operator to advices me of all of these non-negotiable (excess & ridiculous) fees.
I don’t care how high quality the boots are I’ll never attempt to buy directly through this company again! Customer service is very important to me, as a customer and business owner, I find it highly important to communicate thoroughly to avoid a misunderstanding, of course they still may happen but what turns that around is how the company provides customer care, this company is negligent in this process. I guess they have enough customers and sales and don’t need new customers to remain profitable, highly disappointed bear paw!

Trash Company

I ordered a pair of boots for my wife for Christmas around black Friday. I was charged for them, and never heard a peep for 4 weeks! When I called to see where my order was at, i was told they were out of stock...What?? The rep's apology isn't worth a crap, I needed my order. DO NOT order from them.

What a joke

What a nightmare! I ORDERED a new release on Novemeber 28th, I had paw points for $10 off, yeah well it ended up being promise after promise.

Then I had to download the shop app to track my order, after days of sarcastic tones and useless customer service finally it said shipped... or so I thought

3 days gone by, and yep guess what they gave me a false tracking number. Know, idk where the hell my order is. They have escalated to there "internal" warehouse dept.

The shoes are all sold out online so a replacement won't be ideal. Im so angry right know. Ive never had this issue ever. I usually get my bearpaws in the retails s stores. I thought ordering from the company direct would be ideal.

Clueless customer service, waiting and more waiting. And false tracking. They should have a number and email service to the warehouse. What a damn joke.

SCAM

I placed my order 35 days ago still no order or any response as to when the order will arrive. Shipping shows my package has been leaving Los Angeles customs for 11 days now. Don’t bother contacting they do NOT accept refunds and they are NOT willing to help you in any way definitely a SCAM.

I order two pair of shorty wide and I wear a size 8. I wish Bearpaw offered 1/2 sizes these boots run a bit larger. Next time I should keep my tags on and try them out so I can exchanges them. No worries thicker socks lol, other than that I like BearPaw Produts I own three pair.

I purchased a pair of boots that they advertised as waterproof there was an inch of snow literally if even that much my feet were completely drenched by the end of the day I sent them 4 emails and have never received one reply. They are selling crappy boots and advertising them as waterproof and they are not and then ignoring their customers when they complain about it.

If I could give them 20 stars I would. I got a pair of boots and wore them to work. I was crossing the street and no I unfortunately wasn't paying attention and for that my foot got ran over by a car. The only reason my toes aren't crushed and still inside my shoes are because of the boots. I want to say thank you to whoever made these shoes. I didn't even realize I had my foot ran over until I tired to take a step and couldn't move because I had a car on too of my toes.

DO NOT BUY 😡

I placed an order on 12th March and have heard absolutely nothing. I have emailed many times but have not received a response. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before I placed my order. Lesson learnt. Hopefully I can recover the funds from my credit card protection. DO NOT BUY 😡

if I could do a zero

if I could do a zero, I would! Had to cut my boots to even get them on! And still, even with cutting them down the side, the were impossible to walk in and get off! Horrible boots. I thought it was a joke. Did I pay money to get punked? I have never had a worse pair of shoes or boots. Usually, one can wear the shoes or boots that one orders at least Once! Is this a real boot company?

Did someone else buy this company out they now have horrible service…

I don't have somebody else took this company over or what's going on they used to have great customer service and great shipping times I ordered a pair of boots December 6th didn't hear a word from anybody until about 10 days after that they said shipping was delayed because of the holidays I understand that that's why I ordered them December 6th you would think they could have gotten a pair of boots to me by Christmas I mean they had three weeks to ship it from Nevada to North Carolina.... And here it is December 29th and my boots are still not here definitely won't buy from them ever again.

Horrible

Ordered my package a week and just shipped out. Wanted it before Christmas and now it is Christmas Eve and they shipped it out. My package was still in processing for a week. Now that they have shipped it is going to be here in 2 weeks. I understand that it Christmas and it get busy but don’t ever buy from there website get it in store ONLY. Never again.

Dreadful company. Goods did not arrive

Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs. Ordered women’s boots 5 weeks ago and still not delivered. Not made aware that order was being shipped from China until payment taken. So called ‘order tracking’ by China post in Chinese! Now stating order has been delivered. No customer service, no key contact points and no responses to six emails I’ve sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Shut this company down or atleast there website

Horrible company and customer service. I'm not sure how they ever stay in business honestly. If you can't ship timely, then don't offer your business and services. 2-10 day shipping and when you ask about your order. You get a complete run around from someone who probably lives in another country. They just take your money and make you wait until they are ready to do their job.

So disappointed with my experience.

I ordered boots on December 1st as a Christmas gift. By December 14th my order still hadn’t even processed so I ordered boots elsewhere and contacted Bear Paw and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money because I didn’t need the boots anymore. They said that was impossible and that they will need to ship the boots when they are ready, I will receive the boots, I will need to initiate a return online, bring the boots to the post office to return, then I will get a refund when the unwanted boots are received.
The most asinine process I have ever encountered..you’re telling me you can’t just cancel the unprocessed order and refund my money??!
Anyway, after 1 email and one “chat” ( phone calls aren’t ever picked up) with customer service I received an email that my unwanted order has shipped and will possible be here on the 27th of December. They offered me a 25% off “Thank you” discount for my patience 🤣
I will be passing on that thank you.
Christmas is a busy time for sure, but every other company I’ve ordered gifts from (including one item shipped from Italy to Massachusetts) has arrived in under a week.
Good old Amazon managed to get some boots here in 2 days. I always want to give other companies a chance, but they have to do better than this.

Horrible customer service

12/2 placed my order. When I received the confirmation I noticed the order was wrong. Contacted the company and was told the order could neither be corrected or cancelled because they were already in process. My account was charged. 12/18 email that my order was being processed!!!
