I had an extremely disturbing experience with Metin. They presented themselves as if they were effectively acting as the landlord, had access to keys to my home, and created a situation where I no longer felt safe in my own property.

Their conduct contributed to me losing my housing, and throughout the process I felt intimidated, misled, and completely unsupported. Having someone with access to your home behave this way is deeply unsettling and emotionally damaging.

Professionalism, honesty, and tenant safety should be the absolute minimum in this industry, and in my experience none of those standards were met. I would strongly warn others to be very careful before dealing with this agent.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with anyone connected to housing.

I have let my property with Beckton 7 Estate Agents for over a year and have to say they have been excellent! You can always speak to someone, everything is personal and you really feel like your property is in safe hands. The service you receive and 10 out of 10. A million miles away from your average high street agent. Very highly recommended

Great experience with Metin, honest and smooth sailing, would definitely recommend.
