I LOVE the t-shirt and sweatshirt I ordered as Christmas gifts. The quality and craftsmanship is good, the sizing is on par with standard US sizes. My husband is a big & tall guy, and the 3x was a generous length that fit well. Shipping took a little longer than expected due to the holidays, but customer service replied to my email and tracked my order status for me. Highly recommend, but order well in advance of when you need it.

Ordered a Christmas gift in early November.
2nd week in December I receive an email and a tracking number stating my delivery had been “postponed”.
WTH is this?
I click on the tracking number and it takes me to a survey for a gift?
I email the company about my order and still no response.

I believe this is all a scam and I have lost $70 for this gift.
Horrible customer service if this is even a legit company.

Great advertising on FaceBook but downhill after that.

Just received an email from “Gin” stating my review is for the wrong company and asked me to take down my review.
How can the “wrong” company send me a tracking number for my order?
This is simply a scam and I will report this company to the Better Business Bureau.

This charge will be disputed on my credit card.
Do not order anything from this company. I hate a person who steals from innocent people.

I ordered a moon lamp 3 weeks ago with my cousin who passed away picture in it. I have yet to receive any email at all or any tracking number. I was debited from my account by your company through PayPal No Customer service number no response back to me at all. I have been in the phone and have written a letter to The BBB seems they have had numerous complaints. I will spend all day tomorrow contacting the people about this fraudulent company. My invoice ID is 1997047639. This was suppose to be a Christmas present for my my nephew who passed away.

Took nearly a month to get my items sent to me, in that time I didn't hear anything from them in terms of tracking information or estimated delivery date. When I got my items they sent me the wrong style, I was supposed to get sweaters for Christmas instead I got really uncomfortable sweatshirts.

Multiple emails sent. No reply. Terrible service, still haven't received my order

These guys make Incredible shirts and their customer service is absolutely the best. Great products and great staff.. What more can you ask for. Just completed my 5th order1

I placed an order weeks probably a month ago and I have tried to contact them via email, their website and Facebook over the past week and have had no reply. Scam.

My dog, Pickle, wanted to get her human dad a Father’s Day gift. Pickle surfed the net and stumbled across wildly printed custom made tee’s with one featuring pickles, she borked “this one, get this one.” Who am I to deny a 13 year old white pomeranian with alopecia the gift she wishes to give?! Add to cart. Mere oceans, continents and Covid couldn’t keep this plan from succeeding. Delivered down under to a very happy Pickle seeing her human dad wearing a pickle tee. The end.

Have been getting things from them for a few years now and I am never disappointed. Although the materials seem to have changed in the last 3 or so years, current pieces feels less soft than my older pieces but nonetheless I love the designs. It does take a little long on the shipping time, but it’s definitely worth the wait!

This is a scam website dont even go near it.

It says 10-12 standard business days and its more than that now and my item hasnt arrived. I havent even received an email stating that its being shipped, only an email stating its being processed. thats over 14 days ago.

Then i wanted to track my number but i cant do that because you need to login first. And Login i cant, because when i try to login it says theres no account with my email. the very same email they send the confirmation email to. Fine, i try to resent my password but again to no vail.

Then i try to contact them directly by a message but what happens after you write your message you want them to read? THERE IS NO GOD DAMN SEND BUTTON!. They give you the opportunity to write them, but you cant god damn send the message!!!! The only button that shows up is the: Continue shopping!" button!

So i havent received my package, i dont know where the hell it is, they have taken my money and i have no real way of communicating them short of actually writing them an email because their own contact system is broken.

If its not a scam i dont know what is going on. I will now attempt to write them an email..

Avoid! I’m still waiting for my item. The gift was due way before my partners birthday and 3 months later still hasn’t arrived. Aware of the global pandemic however they should keep customers updated

I originally placed an order in March 2020 for two items. I sent one back to exchange for a pair of swim trunks because the original item was too large in April 2020.

It’s now July 31st and I still have not received the exchange item. I’ve paid three time for shipping, and up sale price for the swim trunks that were not more expensive than the swimsuits I originally ordered.

After I paid for shipping the third time and the extra $1 and change for the swim trunks it took me reaching out to them a month later to find that they never started working on the item. Apparently there is a glitch in their system that makes it the customer’s responsibility to notify them when an exchange order has been paid. I last spoke to them June 20, 2020. They said they would expedite the order. There is still no movement on it at all.

I ordered a shirt as a gift for a friend and it was PERFECT! Allow for extra shipping time, but WORTH THE WAIT

Never received my order. This company is a scam. I ordered mine June 1st and it’s approaching almost two months and I am yet to receive any update on my order. If you order from them be prepared their “estimated shipping time” is a lie and that you might not get your package at all. Very disappointed. You’re better off using redbubble.

I'm very happy with My purchase and it didn't take long considering the recent world goings on. I'll be ordering again soon!

I’ve posted before about this, but at last, it seems to be resolved. I’d ordered a Bacon T shirt and matching face mask for my son’s birthday. After a month, I finally received shipping information. The mask finally arrived, but unfortunately, the T shirt did not. My son loves the bacon face mask, as it is very unique, and he wears it while out and about. He’s received a lot of compliments on it. He said it’s lined, well-made and washes well. We still don’t know what happened to the T shirt, but I did get a refund for it, and rather quickly, too. Anyway, this is the end of my saga, and I am satisfied!

Although it took a long time for someone to finally get in contact with me, the Beloved team were able to reprint and ship my incorrectly printed shirts in record time, and now at least that part of my wedding won't be in complete shambles. Advice would be to reach out on Instagram if you don't hear back quickly enough via chat or email. Thank you!

I ordered shorts on 5-28 it is now 6-23 and no shorts. I have tried contacting the company for 5 in a row with no response? The shorts were sent to a fake address I have A copy of the order with the correct address. This company is a scam!!! DO NOT ORDER you will lose your money! If this company is legit the are beyond unprofessional and I gave still bean scammed and no response? Again do not order not a real company

I am updating this: it is now 7-6 and no product. They claim they did not have correct address. I have documentation they do along w correct billing address. The product was apparently was sent back on 6-22 still no product. If you email company you might get a response back within 10 days. The company if real has no customer service and now they claim they have to remake my product?? Don’t order

If I could do zero stars I would. It has been over 40 days since purchase and still nothing has arrived. The customer support team responds with about the same urgency and appears to be a bot. They blame the pandemic meanwhile items are being shipped across the world with little to no delay. Beloved shirts is a complete scam.

I left a frustrated review originally because I had not received the shorts that I ordered And over a month had passed. So I contacted the company numerous times and each time they responded with kindness and patience and reassurance. I thoroughly apologize to this company because they are definitely a legitimate company that cares to provide the best products they can with attention to detail and also with constant professionalism. It took so long to receive the pizza shorts I ordered not because of their error, but because of shipping protocols during this COVID 19 pandemic. I assure you the shorts I ordered is awesome! And this is definitely the kind of company you wish all companies were like!
