There was a delay in receiving my tyres from the supplier but Besty4Tyres applied exceptional customer service to rectify and offer a viable solution. Initially I phones the Best4Tyres and again received exceptional customer service and advice on how to use the site.

As I booked a morning rather than I time I expect to wait because of this, however I was told 1 hr which is a long time. In total it took 1.5hrs of which for 30 mins I was stood around in the garage which no apology for the delay.

However, the tyres are great value and were fitted well. The timings were the only issue.

I ordered tyres which were a good price and they were to be fitted on a certain day. Within hours of ordering I received an email saying that date could not be kept and a day later suggested. I accepted this and said it must be fitted on that day as I had business requiring my car use. They could not guarantee and said any delays were not Best4Tyres responsibility. Anyway they suggested an option to cancel, which I did and now have to wait 3-5 days for the money to be returned. Do not use this company there are others out there who will charge when fitted at a similar price. Best4tyres motto: Once ordered we have no responsibility for fitting dates.

I purchased 4 tyres online for a good price , booked fitting online.Tyres delivered and fitted on time with no hassle.Would definitely use service again.

My experience of buying tyres on line was good with competetive prices, and the garage who did the fitting were efficient and courteous.

Ordered some great value tyres which were delivered to a convenient location and fitted within two days.

Unbelievable prices.
I actually had to phone the helpdesk to ensure that they had not made a mistake with the prices! They were that cheap!
3 x Pirelli P7 Cinturato fully fitted to my Audi A4 for under £100 per tyre and NO hidden extras.
Would recommend without hesitation.

I researched a few places for new- but budget tyres- and got two from here, hassle free and my local garage fitted.
Good quality tyres - i'll be buing two more when my rear ones need changing.

Excellent value and good service. Only issue was that the Fitter that I chose on line was no longer providing the service. However, I received a phone call and an alternative was quickly selected. I would certainly use them again.

A good price, honouring discounts and refunding when not originally applied online. Good service, tyres delivered in time for the fitting. Had to drive 18 miles to the nearest fitting garage, so I would like them to expand their fitting locations.

I ordered tyres for my son's car on a Thursday to be fitted at a local garage the following Monday. Payment was made by debit card and arrangements were made for a morning appointment.in Stirling,.My son had to take time off work to get the tyres fitted - for which he loses money as he is paid hourly - and phoned me from the fitting centre to say there was no sign of the tyres. We both contacted the company. It transpired that although the order had been made and paid for, no further action had been taken. A representative from customer services apologised but the tyres could not be delievered until the following day. We asked if a mobile fitter could go to where my son was working. The company said they had contacted someone who had been recommended to them but they were not prepared to take responsibility for bad service, such as scrathching the alloys, and suggested that I locate my own mobile fitter.! They did offer to pay any extra occurred.All these conversations were taking place over several hours whilst I was trying to work in an office!
Totally exasperated I phoned Kwik Fit mobile - although twenty pounds more expensive they were prompt and courteous and kept in constant touch until the tyres were fitted on the Wednesday.I did ask for a refund and was told the money should be back in my account within a couple of days.
Lessons learned: if you use this company, and don't hear anything further from them apart from an order confirmation, check that the tyres have been delivered. The level of customer service is poor to say the least.

An effortless experience. Good value for the tyers and very friendly and professional local garage to fit them. I would recommend both to any one who asks.

Useing a local independant tyre centre is fantastic because the money stays in the comunity . In total i paid about 60% of quoted prices from large chain tyre centre.

My second use of the efficient and economical purchase and fitting service.

Does what you would hope for and expect. Pick the tyres, choose the fitting location and turn up. All done in 48 hours.
