Support Team Helped Resolve My Issue
I initially had a frustrating experience with the membership and cancellation process, which I felt was not clearly communicated. However, after reaching out to the Escalation Team, I was contacted by Eugene, who personally stepped in to assist.
He explained the steps to resolve the issue and assured me that a refund would be processed. I appreciate his efforts to follow up and offer a solution, even though this wasn’t part of their usual procedures.
