Good priced radiators
The radiators were late but when i talked to the owner, he swiftly sorted out the problem and the radiators arrived promptly. The customer service was excellent

I was a little wary after reading the reviews about price increases after placing orders. The Website advised ringing for availability of stock before ordering online, so I did. Ahmad confirmed the very large radiator I wanted was in stock, he confirmed the price shown online was what I would pay which was a good saving compared to the alternatives and confirmed the delivery costs, which were very reasonable. The courier rang me a few days later to arrange a convenient day and on the day before was able to give me a two hour window for delivery. It arrived well protected and packed. The radiator was very heavy and the driver was happy to help me carry it into the house. When opened it was in perfect condition.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that online, the radiator had one brand advertised, yet because I needed to position the pipes before arrival I had to confirm the distance between centres and the distance from the wall including brackets. I then discovered it was a different brand with differing dimensions. Ahmad did go out of his way to get me these dimensions from the manufacturer however and so I was very pleased with the product, the price and the service.

Placed an order via online web site realized I had made a mistake have been trying to contact them by email and telephone but get no reply .Fortunately I haven't paid them any money but I'm now very doubtful about this company.

Spent over £600 on an order to be called 2 days later stating that “prices of stock have gone up” and that I’d have to pay more money. I stated that the website was showing reduced prices of products which is why I made some of the order, but in reality, I wasn’t really making a saving because they tried to pressure me into paying more. I was then told that the order would be cancelled otherwise.
This must be some sort of tactic where they state the reduced price, you make a purchase and then get called that you must pay more money, and made to believe that you are still making a saving and “their products are still better than anyone else’s”…..do not be fooled. Terrible customer service, they couldn’t even honour the price stated, I’m now awaiting my refund after I cancelled my order out of principle.

Use false prices to get your order then call you to tell you that you’ve not read their website properly and they want additional money from you. In fairness even with the price hike they were still competitive but the attitude and business model stole it for me and I took my custom elsewhere.

Brought a radiator on line from them. Only to get a call to say they wanted another £33 from me! Order cancelled and they told me I’d be refunded within an hour…. Still waiting 8 hours later. Shocking service

I never buy from this company again. Purchase goods on line and paid through checkout. Following day want more money as wrong price on website. Had to cancel order

Accepted and processed my order for a single radiator and then heard nothing for a week. Eventually contacted them via email to chase them up, at which point they cancelled the order "because radiator prices have gone up". If they understood good customer service they would have honoured the published price... or at the very least indicated how much more they wanted to supply the item, and they wouldn't have kept me waiting a week to tell me.
Now I have to start again and will have to pay a premium as the item is needed soon, and they have wasted my time.
This combined with a website that wouldn't work as it should when i tried to trace the order leads me to believe that this is not a very professional organisation. I will avoid in future.... hopefully you will have a better experience? Let's see if they respond with some misinformation disputing the truth of what I've written, I've a hunch they might...
