Birds eye used to make really nice chicken burgers. Recently they have changed to the 'chip shop' range. These new chicken burgers are a huge reduction in quality. They are smaller, soggy in the middle and lack flavour. Had to just bin them in the end.

We have stopped buying birds eye things completely now from potato waffles that taste funny, beef burgers stuffed with onion, pea flakes & so much fat, chicken breast things that I'm sure contain no chicken breast or even chicken just slop the final straw cod fish fingers with gray slop in them

What happened to BE? Used to be a staple of every freezer, food everything was so much better about 20-25 years ago no quality in anything anymore

I found glass like sharp plastic under the batter in my fish. I reported and NO responsibility taken! They asked me to take multiple pictures claiming non were enough. I then was asked to send the materials and box which I was about today and they chased. As soon as I said I posted (I was on my way to the box) they wrote back claiming they just realised it wasn’t their fault and identified that I was pretty much lying and in the wrong. I swallowed one piece of 3 of this unidentified plastic under my batter in my fish under the batter. Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards customers! Not even offering compensation wanting me to go through more crap to be refunded on food I almost chocked on. And lying about identifying it because they think I returned it so can get away with it. I have a toddler what if she had eaten this!! The hard glass like plastic was sharp. I said repeatedly it’s not glass! They came back saying it’s glass not us!! Unacceptable! I’m keeping the evidence now! Maybe learn how to lie better!! Take some responsibility I’m reporting to the food standards.

I usually love my birds eye fish fingers in batter in a sandwich but never again... cooked them made my sandwich then proceeded to cut in half and struggled to cut through fish fingers... pulled them apart and looked like some sort of plastic shit even had trouble pulling them apart with my fingers.. straight in the bin...bad bad bad

What on earth has happened to Bird's Eye fish fillets? Shrinkflation for a start. About half the size they were a few months ago. Fish is pressed so flat that there's hardly any between the crumbs so it's impossible to work out what sort of fish it is. And air fryer whiting - disgusting. The 'crumbs' don't even look like breadcrumbs, they're a strange colour and don't brown in the oven. Who knows what's inside? I doubt that it's fish!

Bought Birds Eye Frozen foods for 50 years. This week at sainsburys the price has gone through the roof, I was so disgusted I left the items in the freezer and went to Aldi....if Aldi can do the same products for an affordable price so can Birds Eye.

I bought the birds eye chicken dippers which in the past have tasted like chicken nuggets, I cooked some and when taking them out they had a slight fishy scent I ignored this thinking it was something else after I had eaten about 3 nuggets an overwhelming taste of fish entered my mouth and I was sick as I am allergic to fish! Bit odd how they are “100% chicken breast” when the taste and even smell aren't chicken but fish.

Two identical boxes other than one box was 32 and one box was 8.

The 32 box contained what I remember as Birds Eye fish fingers, but the box with 8 were totally different, a fraction of the size and were of completely inferior quality. What fish was in them was tasteless, if indeed there was any fish in them at all. It's like paying for a top of the range Mercedes and getting a Dacia!

Got my partner some fishfingers yesterday. The picture on the box wasn't what we cooked. They were like rubber. I had faith in birdseye but no longer

Birds eye battered cod or haddock is now advertised as battered fish,which states on package as pollock which is a much cheaper fish yet birds eye prices for this cheaper version are not lowered,I feel cheated and conned by birdseye while they are supplying a much cheaper product at very high prices to the customer.

Ate birds eye tempura chicken fillets today... Tasted like fish?? No idea what's going on, but not even sure the chicken is real chicken anymore. It was really odd, even looked like an overcooked fish inside, the way it fell apart and stuff, exactly like a rubbery fish 🤢

Omega 3 fishcakes, I cooked them as per instruction and they have an odd chemical aftertaste I can't quite pin down what it reminds me of but it tastes very unnatural.

Birds Eye Chunky Breaded Fish Fingers are utterly awful and the worst fish I have ever had. They tasted off and we have thrown up and thrown these “things” straight into the bin. Birds Eye MUST BE STOPPED FROM SELLING THIS APPALLING STUFF. OF COURSE IT IS SUSTAINABLE BECAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO EAT THIS ***** (rhymes with “SPITE”).

Bought Battered cod fillets.
I've not had cod fillets from Birds Eye for years. They are a shadow of their former glory
Stodgy nasty pap.
Batter was thick and although crispy, the inside was just a messy stodge of reformed fish adhered to the batter.
Really nasty.

Birds eye Fish fingers what a let down do not buy blooming awful like blasted cardboard. Never again they used to taste fishy what a let down rubbish rubbish.

I'm going against the grain and I'm not ashamed to say, I still love Birds Eye Beef Burgers, either original or the premium. I get tired of all these 'gourmet' pretentious BBQ'ers turning their noses up at the good old BirdsEyes. The original still has nearly 80% beef plus 14% onion and the premium has 89% beef.
I like them and I don't care who knows it.
I don't believe BirdsEye deserves such a low Trustpilot rating.

Birds Eye Beef (I use the term lightly) burgers have always been a family favourite. However after a not buying them for sometime, I did so and here’s the feedback. They taste like cardboard and it seems there’s little or no beef or onion in them. What a waste of time and money!

If I could rate less I would. I have just cooked a lasagne and I can honestly say I do not know how Birdseye can sell it with a clear conscience. It is a tasteless slurry destined for the bin. What a disappointment.

My husband and I used to get this years ago, and we really liked it. But I’ve bought the Voila Garlic Chicken a few too many times now. Who gets the florets?? It’s never been anyone in Pittsburgh PA, that’s for sure. What is called broccoli and what is pictured on the bag is certainly not what we get. The only broccoli I see has been the stalks. And everyone has to admit, that’s not the favorite part for any of us. We’re continually disappointed by this product. So this is the last time I’m buying it, and that’s why I decided to write to you. There’s only a skimpy amount of chicken but tons of carrots. I just wanted you to know of another customer’s opinion. Please make an announcement if you ever decide to make this a palatable food.
