Been using bitiba for a while

I've been using Bitiba for a while, great service, quality food, good prices and great offers. They always deliver on time and are easy to speak with if there are any problems. I would highly recommend.

Absolute fraud!

If I could give it 0 stars then I would. My experience was back in January when my card payment didn’t go through for whatever reason and the company emailed me to do a bank transfer instead. Big mistake. I did just that but they kept telling me they didn’t receive my payment although my bank was telling me the payment went through immediately to the company and their bank That took over a month and a half. Finally they located my payment but by then I wanted a refund but they kept on having “technical issues”. Again that took over a month of communication and no refund in sight. I gave up and I’ve completely lot trust in this company.

I understand how confusing and concerning it must have felt to be asked to follow a different payment process and then be told the funds couldn’t be located, despite confirmation from your bank. I’m sorry that the subsequent delays around the refund only added to your disappointment — that’s certainly not the experience I’d want anyone to have.

Sad to say the cold pressed food seems…

Sad to say the cold pressed food seems to be discontinued as cannot find on web pages my dogs enjoyed the Vegetables and Chicken varieties not so keen on the dry crunchy version

Great products at a good price.

Great products at a good price.

Only thing is when my order is in multiple boxes they are delivered on different days which means I have to be at home to receive them on multiple days where it should be only 1 delivery.

Broken item due to poor packaging

I have ordered from Bitiba previously and had no issues. This order was placed for 4 Boxby Cheese Bones x-large at a cost of just short of £10 each (discount applied). On delivery, the large box had almost no packaging in it allowing the contents to rattle round in the box resulting in one being badly broken. I photographed the box with the broken item and contacted customer services to advise them. The bone was still edible for the dog, however due to the sharp edges where broken, I have not given it to her. I did not ask for a replacement, nor was I offered one.

Cat food

Don’t seem to ever have any problems with my subscription delivery always run smoothly. The delivery driver is extremely nice. And always makes sure it goes in the porch or if I’m there he will put it in front of the garage for me.

Bitiba has a large range of products, at good value!

As with my other orders from Bitiba, I am always pleased with the range and value of their products, which means that I can get all my pet's needs at one shop! They have some very good offers!
Communication regarding deliveries, is very helpful, and parcels arrive very quickly.
Recently, an issue regarding a broken carton, was dealt with very swiftly.

Excellent company with reasonable…

Excellent company with reasonable prices

I have been using this company for a while and I have to say I'm very pleased with the customer service when needed, the products and the deliveries from DPD which is extremely quick. The food we use is tinned Lukullus and the Purizon complete biscuits, both are very good with good quality food. Thank you from all 6 hounds and their 2 owners much appreciated.

Terrible service.

Terrible service.

They lost my order, then messed up the replacement by only sending half of what was missing. I had to explain the same simple issue 5 times over 3 days because customer service clearly doesn’t read messages properly.

Instead of fixing it quickly, they dragged it out and wasted my time. To top it off, they offered a £10 coupon as compensation, which is honestly insulting.

Avoid — if anything goes wrong, expect a headache.

Great value but refund time is questionable

Quick to take money but takes ages to receive refund on cancelled order. Still waiting from 26th March. Latest should receive is 13th April - watch this space......
Apart from that great value and quick delivery with no issues.
