Poor packaging.

We have been customers of Bitiba for many years and been happy with their products and prices. However, their packing and choice of delivery company has fallen way below their usual standard. Our latest order of Catsan was 6 days late arriving in a damaged box covered with DPD tape. DPD obviously knew of the damage. 2 of the bags were split open with cat litter loose inside, The cardboard box was not fit to transport 3 bags of Catsan. Bitiba's customer service is excellent and refunded without delay, but changes need to be made before we order from them again.

Food arrived in a reasonable time

Food arrived in a reasonable time, Evri is abit hit and miss where I am and sometimes takes longer than others.
My dog is enjoying the food so she is happy

Reliability

Have been using company for some years now and have always found to give a good reliable service and even when problem has occurred like a breakage a quick phone call and all sorted. They are usually cheapest on goods but not always buti need to know i will get my order when i need it.The selection of foods for my cats has been wide and fresh with long use by dates.

I always get the dry food from Bitiba.
My dog loves it as a mixer, it is really healthy and nutritious.
The cost is comparable with other goid brands, but the points with the site really help.
Delivery is always quick and done carefully.
I'm a fan !

We have been Bitiba customers since 2017 and having 4 cats, can be a costly exercise purchasing everything for their needs. We will always try looking around for the best deals, whether it's for general wet food, specialist dry food, toys or accessories but on the majority of occasions, Bitiba have fantastic selection at great prices.

Used Bitiba many times

I have used Bitiba many times for cat food. Usually the order is dispatched and delivered very quickly. The most recent took about five days from ordering to receiving, which is longer than usual but OK.
Their prices are mostly reasonable if you order enough for free shipping, but they are not always the cheapest.

Time wasters, would rather pay more for less "scammy" website.

Was skeptical. Tried buying some cat food from them, but they don't allow it unless you sign up to recieving loads of marketing crap from them. They pretend you can, but, final order button always fails and says you need an account .. just massive time wasters.
