I just want to make absolutely clear to everyone that this is the review page for the business that was called Black Label Automotive Ltd (laterly B L Automotive ltd) and NOT Black label vehicle sales Ltd. We are not and never have been in any way anything to do with them. Because of this confusion we took legal action against them in June 2022 which forced them to change there name to BL automotive as we owned the trade mark black label in the UK motor industry and they had blatantly copied our name and company branding as a way to fake credibility of our already established business. They have since disappeared and clearly scammed a lot of people out of money in the process. Now their web and social media presence has disappeared but their bad reviews on trust pilot appear when you search for our business even though we are totally separate simply because they copied our name.

Do not use this people!! Josh is a thief, liar, scammer and a time waster. He sent me a car picture for sale , I liked the car and he told me he bought the car from a dealer already that I should make deposit. I made 4k deposit. He kept giving me fake excuses and promises. He lied to me that the car was with Mercedes to fix the minor faults and to do 12 months MOTS. he lied to me that they would deliver the car on last week Wednesday and still no turn up. After 2 weeks I decided to seek for refund. This thief sent me fake transfer of 4k from available balance of 0 from his wise account. He kept telling me I would get the money not until today I confirmed from wise customer care that the available balance before he sent the money was 0. This guy is in Dubai currently on vacation, obviously he has been spending my money. I made legal complaint against him already and I will get him arrested. He even gave me fake address, I went there they said there is no Josh working there, I saw the car he sent to me on auto trader and he confirmed that nobody bought the car, This man even sent me different numbers of his lying to me they are partners, not knowing he is the one. You can contact me if this man has scammed you before. I will do all I have in my power to get my money from this guy and get him jailed.. I reported to police already and made a legal claim against him!!! Do not use Black label automotive, the owner Josh Garbutt is a thief!!!!!!

I’ve been waiting a year and a half to get my car repaired! They sold me a faulty vehicle and ignore texts and calls and always an excuse every week the repair cost is £1600 and they can’t be arsed to repair it. They also lied and mis sold extended warranty with my vehicle I spent £70,000 on my car! Josh has regularly lied and keeps you on a leash telling you what you want to hear and making fake promises

Josh is the biggest con artist around! We have had nothing but trouble with him and his so called million pound company black label!!! His full of empty promises!. Black label sourced us a car back in October, the car broke down within 3 days of having it, we than waited a further 13 weeks to get it back all in this time he provided a courtesy car for 2 weeks!. We got the car back for it to break down after just 7 weeks! We than refuse the car, but are now left waiting for Josh to settle the finance so we can finally source another car elsewhere!!! He constantly ignores the phone! And makes up pathetic excuses for not getting back to us, He still owes us money now, he makes nothing but false promises all the time and has the worst customer care or service we have ever come across! I urge anyone thinking of having a car from black label to stay well clear!

Josh agreed to pay back £2120 but so far only paid £1120, which took forever to get refunded with tonnes of texts, emails and broken promises. Received numerous messages saying the other £1000 will be in my bank - still nothing received. Josh has a habit of keeping people hanging, telling them what they want to hear, breaking promises and then ignoring you completely. For a company that is supposedly doing so well selling high end cars, £1000 shouldn’t be too much for him to return to me.

Josh agreed a price and stuck to it. Both parties happy, we got a fair price and josh got a great car. Deal completed within 48 hours.

After sales and lack of response following up on faults and issues with the car
No service history produced which devalues the car
Faulty number plate attachment
MOT , tyres, brake pads ,service promised to be covered and now nearly a year of owning the car and can’t even get a call back

Only interested in sales and broken promises along with over valuing the vehicle and false claims of its value / service history

Waiting a call back and now being ignored
I have paid for all of the issues to date and nothing back after being promised these would be covered by BL

5 star review, there communication was excellent through out any questions were answered, delivered to my door step with me living miles away, top
Trustworthy guys, would 100% recommend, and will most probably be in contact in a few years when I’m bored and want my next upgrade

Was dealing with josh, got a amazing deal on a c200 and everything went smoothly. Did ask for a video tour of the car before delivery but never received. I understand they was very busy at the time so not a problem... No problems After car was delivered and still enjoying it.

When it comes to the time of buying another car I will definitely have a look at what they have :)

Bought an absolute cracking fully loaded 2022 M4 Competition From Josh & the team at Black Label Automotive!!!

Asked for the car Tuesday and was physically IN IT by the weekend after thrashing out a great deal.

Everything was absolutely seamless customer service wise and was an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Love the car and can’t wait to PX it in hopefully 2023 for a 911!!!

I recently got a car of Josh at blacklabel. The whole experience from start to finish was 10/10. I simply found josh and messaged him on instagram and within Days the vehicle was in there workshop getting tweaked to just how I wanted it. What a unique experience, from remapping on site to wrapping and detailing. I’m even going to continue to MOT etc through josh as everything is simple. I also swapped my current car as my business partner wanted it. He dealt with every last thing in this process! The experience I received was unreal and I will use Blacklabel again and again. If your looking for a car black label is the place for all automotive needs.

Safe to say, black label has been the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Todd at black label was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful when it came to answering all of my questions and always replied and got in touch quickly. The whole process was smooth and I love the car they sourced for me. Aftersales has also been perfect, again, answering any questions and making sure I'm completely happy with the vehicle. I will certainly be dealing with Black Label again in the future.

Todd and the team at Black Label were fast and efficient. They were professional, listened to exactly what I wanted in a car and exceeded my expectations. There were no issues throughout the process and had my car to me within a week from sourcing it. They provided competitive quotes on finance, beating larger dealerships by a country mile. Could not recommend them enough. Great company, would always use them in the future.

I contacted Josh in November regarding a vehicle we were wanting to source. Other companies had given us build times of months when we needed it pretty quickly, Josh took the challenge and even with a few bumps along the way (we went down with covid) he went above and beyond to deliver a faultless service.

This is just the beginning of our relationship with Josh as I can guarantee we won't be going anywhere else in future for our vehicle sourcing

I part exchanged my Mercedes A class for a 5L V8 mustang with josh. I was worried about the extent of the paperwork that might have been involved but josh was so helpful and made things very straight forward.

He Handled the exchange very professionally and I had regular communication with josh himself.

One of Josh’s team delivered the car personally and the car was in mint condition and even better than I expected. I LOVE MY NEW MUSTANG all thanks to josh and the team.
