Does not fulfill obligations to refund or replace defective goods
I ordered a backpack from them which arrived but was defective. I asked for a replacement but this didn’t arrive in due time and I was not provided any shipping information. I then asked for a refund and they said it had already been processed so they could not do this. This was February 4. I have still not received anything and have no information about shipping for tracking purposes. I have now asked for a refund. They are quick to reply but that doesn’t matter if you never get your replacement or refund. I originally ordered late December.

GREAT STORE TO SHOP AT
Bobo’s House has tons of cute stuff. I bought a Boba Hoddie for my son and he loves it. Not only that, the customer service is excellent, I contacted them through email and messenger to exchange the hoddie’s size, they responded both on email and messenger very quick and they were really nice. It is the best customer service I ever known and I can’t thank enough for that. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Thank you Bobo’s House Team. Keep up the great work👍👍👍👍

Customer service okay.
I ordered two products. After a few days one of them went into shipping (this was a few weeks ago) but the other one was still named "order is being processed".
I waited another week, before writing my the first email, in which I asked for the order still stuck in processing to be cancelled. I got told that someone would look into it. I waited another week. I wrote another email...
Neither has the package that has already been send arrived nor is the "being processed" part of the order cancelled.
I do not recommend buying here.
I'm sad, because I really liked how the products looked and was looking forward to them.
Edit: Someone wrote to me per Email, telling me that the shipping department is currently on holiday.
I can now wait in peace. Thank you:)

When we get inquiries from customers regardin their packages, we reach out to the carriers to ask what happened and unfortunately do have to wait for them to investigate before we give a response to you, which explains the delay in between emails. In this instance, if there is no progress in the shipment and we can confirm that you have not gotten a response, we would be absolutely willing to send a replacement shipment of your items. I know it is not ideal as you do have to wait longer than expected but I hope that this solution works for you!
