Scam! UPS supposedly delivered my package, but it’s clear it was not sent to the address I provided. Instead, some guy named Kevin received it, who has nothing to do with my address. I lost 70 euros because of this. Unfortunately, PayPal sided with the seller and refused to return my money, even though I never received the package – which is clearly visible from the delivery address that has nothing to do with my name or my address. Total scam – do not order from this website!

I received my products and everything was good. I also received a gift.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Order has not been received and the link in the order confirmation is invalid.

Waiting too long for a delivery.
Still not delivered after a week

No customer service available. I never received my order and tried to contact the customer service, after 4 emails sent I never got any answers from them. I don’t recommend it at all.

they canceled my order and I still have not been refunded

I placed an order for some protein powder and creatine.

I received an email saying that my order has been shipped yet DPD has not received the items to deliver. I have tried emailing, texting their contact number (+44 7769 233977) and everything. They refuse to respond to contact.

So now I’ve just been robbed £100 & I have no way of getting my money back.

Please everyone stay away from this website, you’re better off buying in person or from another site.

I'm still waiting my items, ordered a week ago. Very slow!

- Ordered from this website and then they cancelled my order given insufficient stock. Refunded so all ok
- I started receiving spam and phishing emails after using the website (first time this has ever happened)
- the website is simply insecure / my data has been hacked/leaked via this website

Quick delivery quality product goes well w test or if cutting weight!

Only 1 email from very beginning that the order is confirmed, nothing else. After 10 days I'm getting parcel with 1 item missing. Never ever again

I waited 6 days for my order to arrive. Unacceptable, I'm all about may gains and you messing with it 😤

All was good just the order dispatched in 2 parts

My parcel after more than 2 weeks didnt arrived!
I ask them to help me after 1 day when the dpd said its gone be arrive but they didnt text me back!
Shipping wrong and the loyality with the buyer bad us well!
And i didn't get my money back either so 75.00£ went in the rubbish...

Order never arrived company has very very bad customer service no response after calling and writing

Took money from my account and confirmed purchase and then over a week later said “product unavailable” and refunded.
