I ordered 3 books 13 days ago, no reply from the customer services from boeken.nl even though I have sent several emails. Because I paid with a Boekenbon gift card, I also notified them about this company's scam, no information about the shipping, the customer service does not work, and the contact number no answers at all.
Boekenbon.nl reply: "as Boekenbonorganisation we do not have any influence on the logistical process of Boeken.nl" But indeed Boeken.nl is an option of the research engine of their website.
