Well ac engineer came out on 20th of May and installed the outside unit and ac unit downstairs and one ac unit upstairs. Tested it and his job was done. Amazing guy, very experienced and very tidy. Told us what was happening from start to finish. Finished in one day.
Now we have the electrician turns up late drills holes in wall to get under house to feed a cable from back of house to front of house as my electric meter is at the front of the house. Gets under floor and cant get the cable as there is a foundation wall blocking cable. So that was him for the day he needed help.
Boss phones and says why did he not make a hole through brick work and get the cable....
So we got a date for following week for electrician to come out. Gets phone call following week to cancel as electrician was off sick.
New date for following week arranged. Out comes electrician hobbling as hurt his knee. So hes not going under the floor and tells me cable going around my building front to back. Im like yes just do it so im getting my ac on. Connects up unit at back of house and works on the front. Drills a hole at front of house and cant reach the cable. So he finished for the day and needs another person to help him. He will be back another day.
2 days later he appears with an another electrician. We need to drill another hole and feed cable in. Finally we have power. Only took the electrician from the 20th of May to 5th of June.
Now I have a few jobs to tidy up. Fill in 2 holes that were drilled by mistake and renew floor boards in meter cupboard. Thanks

We are looking forward to sleeping through the night in warmer spells of weather.

Spoke with Casey in customer services about a minor issue with additional equipment to the boiler. Issue was sorted quickly without issue, polite, prompt and professional.

Efficient quick service cleaned up after and was very informative

Very efficient, kept up to date at all times before installation. Only a few minor problems with hive fitting which took 5 days to resolve and still waiting on one minor issue with radiator.

Good initial communication and Hayatshah turned up as expected. My wife and stepson are still at risk of infection and Hayatshah agreed to wear a face mask without any issues at all. He was courteous, friendly and professional and we received the sort of service that we have come to expect.

Trying to get into BOXT App to get to service report is a complete nightmare. For so called platform provider it is a joke!
