Bought a rooftent off Bragan. It is a brilliant product that was so easy to set up, and an incredibly comfortable mattress was included! After a long day, it takes about 10 seconds to set up and only a minute to close when setting off to a new location. I would highly recommend

Side bars for my van were delivered promptly and I was kept updated with order information and tracking. Couldn’t be happier, thank you Bragan.

I invested over £200 in running boards, only to discover the provided fitting kit contained an incorrect component. Despite multiple attempts, the customer service has been unsatisfactory, including requests for redundant photographic evidence. I am still awaiting the necessary part to complete the installation on my van.

I have been looking for some quality chrome side bars for my Peugeot Partner van.
Bragan were sold out but Andrew quoted 2/3 weeks and true to his word contacted me just over a week later saying they were back in stock and offered me a discount.
The item arrived quickly, well packaged and with correct fixings/ clear instructions.
The quality of these bars is superb and fit millimetre perfect!
Bragan even sent a complimentary air freshener to hang in the van which couldn’t be better as I use it primarily for carrying my fishing tackle.

Unbelievably good service from the guys at Bragan.
Ordered roof rails from them four years ago. They came very well packaged and quickly. They were a doddle to fit.
Four years and a lot of use later the branding stickers are looking a bit tired, so I contacted them to ask if I could order some more because I look after my stuff and like it to look as good as it can.
They never let me order more. They just sent them free of charge!
No questions. No hassles. Just GREAT customer service!

I ordered some bars for my van and they were no the right year and model sent to me therefore they will not fit my van.

I’ve asked for a return and my money back and they are making it very hard for me to do so.

It’s been over a week and still being messed around.

Great company to deal with, goods as described and no stupid shipping fees, will be using again in near future.

Great experience got steps for a Seat Tarraco and they look great and were easily fit to the sides of the jeep and really change the look of it. They came pretty quick and were a lot cheaper than ones from Seat.

When trying to return a package what I received broken on delivery...
I purchased a Ford Ranger Bragan Tray on the 01/04/2025 we are now 28/05/2025. Spoken with many advises saying they would send a courier the same day no ever turns up.
They have said this multiple times or they say send an email but you will never get a response.
Most shocking service I have ever had.
Now seeking legal action!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I experienced a problem with a bought item. Spoke with Rosemarie who promptly rectified the situation. Wonderful service indeed.

Ordered sidesteps for my car, took money and delivered quickly. Advertised to fit 2018+ did not fit my 2024 car. Sent them back Dec2024. Now April 2025 still not received any refund. Beware if ordering from these people.

Product arrived in timely manner.
Easy to fit . More so . After a year or so I lost one of the nuts which holds the rear trim on. They were quick to respond and help me with a replacement.

The items i ordered were delivered on time, excellent service, they are really good quality and were easy to fit, overall i am very satisfied with BTS Trading / Bragan and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered a couple of accessories for my van, one day delivery within Ireland couldn’t believe it. Outstanding service loads of good customer service. My friend ordered side bars and roof rails from Bragan and also had this experience. Would recommend!

I have bought numerous bars and parts from Bragan over the years and their service is fantastic, just had a sunvisor delivered (well packaged) but damaged. This was replaced immediately with a new visor. FANTASTIC
I have spoken with other suppliers but their service is poor compared to Bragan.

is great company ,fast delivery ,great quality product, easy to fit .
