Where to start?

When trying to order I asked which light bar was included in the package as it did not specify in the advert. The response I got was "please check all measurements before ordering, it is the customers responsibility" but there are no measurements in the advert, so i ask is the same light bar as this one [link] the response "if it looks the same then it is" ..... guess what it wasn't. I emailed them to try and it swapped for the right bar..... no response.

So you order a specific light bar for a specific lorry it should fit right? No what you get is a universal light bar with a box 20 random brackets to make something work. Which in my case involved bolting brackets to other brackets to get it anywhere close (don't worry we made our own in the end)

So fit the bar and forget about the rubbish experience.

14months later we have had the truck on the road 9months now and alot of the paint is missing off the spotlights that came from bragan when one of them decides to give up 2 months out of warranty, message bragan to see if they will warranty especially with all the hassel before hand. I bet they pay like £5 for these lights (worth the ask right) the response"nop warranty is out" which is fair enough it is. But if you would leave us 2 good reviews and send us pictures we will give you 10% off....

Hang on so iv got a crap product and you want me to leave 2 good reviews and help your advertising so that I can get 10% off a replacment because the last one couldn't make it past 9months of use .

So be aware they do offer discounts or money back for good reviews so the good reviews you do say may not be 100% truthfully but infact paid for which is what has lead to me leaving this review.

Perfect from start to finish they email to make sure it's the correct part before they send it they keep you updated with shipping from the moment it leaves to the moment it arrives I purchased the brackets to fit a second hand bullbar that didn't come with it they fitted perfectly and are well made

Bought some roof rails for my X trail. Quality is OK and as price was good happy enough. Only real gripe is the fitting instructions are woeful. Done in Chinese with a very basic translation and very very basic details. End result looks good but will have fingers and toes crossed in the car wash 😀

Simply shocking company. Bought side bars for caddy sent ones for a Peugeot expert say no they are ones you ordered and refuse to pay return postage. Time for legal action against this cowboy outfit.

First class service, I ordered a set of side bars along with a set of roof bars which arrived quickly and well packaged to ensure no damaged occurred in transit which was great. Opened both packages and was delighted with the quality of both sets of bars. Both took little time to fit, the side bars took a little longer as they are adjustable to suit your needs, both look fantastic and fitted with ease. I understand you can't please everyone but I would consider myself very particular with attention to detail (engineer) and I myself and very happy with what I received so would highly recommended Bragan and will buy from again in the near future!

Great price, easy to find compatible parts. Ordering smoothly, and swift delivery. The missing star is for the missing quality feel of the rails I bought for my VW Caddy Maxi 2012. The rails look nice. The rubber feet are not so elegant and tight fit. And the screw holes were not a perfect fit, I had to bend the rails slightly to make them fit.

I ordered the triangle rooftop tent and I will say it's great value for the money. It opens up in seconds and there's plenty of space inside for two people. It arrived in great time from the warehouse to my home in Galway and was very well packaged.

Contacted Bragen as I’d bought some 2nd hand bars and needed the fitting instruction.
Their response was timely and they were more than helpful.

Bought a roof bar for new man t g e van never been treat as bad in my life don’t no what has happened to this company used to ring up order and they would deliver never a problem but rang up told to order through ebay bar was ordered on 7 th April a month later it was still not here was told lie after lie traced my self to courier who told me it was sent back told Bragan who promised to send bar out next day rang days later told we’re waiting on courier to get back to them which was more lies as another guy at Bragan had told me he had spoke to them and it was getting returned after another week got a refund they totally took the mick out of me and have the worse customer service I have ever had will never ever use them again and will tell everybody who asks about bars the same need to treat customers properly and not like dogs muck

Flush rails arrived but instructions were missing. Rails didn't fit the car 100%. I called customer service (a guy called Austin) to ask for instructions to be sent. 'Sure, right away'. Never came. A few days later, requested again. 'You'll have it in 2 mins'. Never came.
Next week, emailed my request. The response: I sent it last week, did you not get it? No, please send again. Never came. Not to spam, not anywhere. I then sent an email to Bragan to they would have my email address, still they never sent it.
Then I sent pictures showing the rail wasn't fully flush with the roof. Austin challenged me on that, at length, asked me if I'm a qualified engineer, became unpleasantly sarcastic and defensive. But still wouldn't send any instructions.
I asked about refunding the item. He said I could send it back, but I'd had to pay for postage (Irl-UK) When I queried that, he became rude.
In the end, I emailed a request for a returns authorisation number so I could label the box and return the item, but, weeks later, Bragan still hasn't responded.

Beware: the Bragan terms and conditions state that a refund will only be issued if an item is returned unopened. But how else could anyone find out the quality of the item and check that it fits? Surely this is contrary to consumer rights?

Stuck with the item, I found an alternative solution. I'll never, ever deal with this company again.

The company took great care to ensure I had ordered the correct product. Communication was prompt and easily understood. I orders roof rails and they were a perfect fit. Great care had been taken to prevent the goods from being damaged in transit.

Waste of time. If the products not shown online there not interested. Ordered a light bar and they sent wrong colour lights. There answer is to order the correct colour online at another cost of £40

I ordered the item correct and I have even got emails from ur college Oisin to prove this. Problem is you don’t like bad feedback, but if you was bothered to sort it in first place after a phone call and 2 emails it wouldn’t have came to this.
So trustpilot are you going to allow lies from company’s!!!

Genuinely one of the worst companies I've had the displeasure of using on eBay.
Sold roof rails that were aluminium and as good as OEM.. what arrived was plastic stick on rails.
When I challenged this with them they said they were only ever decorative and not load bearing, and then went and edited the description of the item to say not load bearing.
Fortunately I screen recorded the advert knowing they would do something, and had the original.
eBay refunded me without having to return because of just how bad this company is.

Genuinely, just don't use them

The response shows the type of company this is. More reason to avoid

eBay purchase - Side bars. They did not fit anywhere close to the advertised fit, the support was below poor and completely lacked the knowledge to understand the issue. Furthermore, returning the item became an arduous task that involved eBay intervention to resolve. Ultimately, Bragan offers a substandard service not expected from a European company.

Ironically the cheap, probably Chinese part I ordered instead was a more seamless transaction and equal product. You need to do better!

First time user, and I thought it was great, easy to order, great comms all the way through, all questions responded to almost immediately they were open.
Delivery bang on time, even in the snow

Customer service is very poor. I purchased roof bar kit from a seller on eBay, didnt come with any instructions so I've contacted bragan 3 times now explaining the situation and keep getting the same response asking for my postcode and order number despite explaining that product was purchased from 3rd party.
Seems to be either a breakdown in communication or just pure ignorance
I explained 3 times that I purchased the item from a 3rd party, even provided photographic proof of ebay invoice.
Their response speaks volumes about this companies customer service.

Top quality products very happy and fast delivery at a acceptable price
