I have made just a small initial investment in Bricklane but will probably add to this in time.
Setting up my account was very straightforward; admin and client service have been quick and efficient; and the return so far - albeit over a very short period - has been encouragingly positive.

Unbelievably simple & easy way to get a foot on the property ladder.
Finally a way to invest some money in property without having to raise the staggering high money for a deposit. Such a genius idea.
Was really quick and easy to set up, and it's super-simple to check in on how my investment is doing.
Would highly recommend investing if you've ever been interesting in the property market, or finding an ISA that does more with your money.

Simple way to invest
Bricklane makes it so easy to invest in the property market. I started with a minimal commitment, but having seen the gains I've now invested more and set a monthly contribution.
I've had a couple of queries during use for the team and both were answered within the same day or sooner.
Would recommend to anyone.

Great idea and very easy to invest
I realised property was a good investment and thought i was missing out because i couldn't afford to buy something, nor did I want the hassle of administering a buy to let property. This is the easy way to invest in property. I found it really easy to get started and only invest a small amount each month but I still feel that I have a foothold in the market now and really enjoy looking at the portfolio of properties which is slowly growing. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to see the portfolio spread a bit geographically which would also spread some of the risk.. but it's early days and i guess they are buying where they have a good knowledge of the market? Early days also in respect of the investment return - however so far so good.

Hassle-free way to invest in property
I was looking for a way to invest in property, without the hassle of becoming a landlord, and came across Bricklane. It's very straightforward, and I like the concept: you get returns from both rental income and the capital appreciation. It's a well-designed experience, and I hope to put my ISA allowance in next year too.

Excellent experience
I'm unable to get a mortgage from traditional lenders. This has given me the opportunity to invest in property and to get on the ladder. It was a bonus that it is tax-efficient as an ISA! Will be recommending and investing more when I get my next month's pay.

detailed information is missing
its not transparent on earnings for the customer and fees is higher than the return,since it's a start up, could be improving over time, for now not the best and not flexible and there are not too many choices and options.

Much easier than expected to invest in a property ISA
I had never invested in anything other than high street savings accounts and cash ISAs, thinking it would be complicated and risky, but it was really quick and easy to invest money with Bricklane. They clearly show you any charges, and how well your investment is doing. The property ISA is just as easy to manage as a normal savings account, and is doing much better than any of my cash ISAs! Being able to keep my savings in an ISA, but also invest in property is great.
The only thing I’d say is that it isn't completely clear how the mechanism works to withdraw money that has been invested in property, but it looks like I can withdraw my money at any time from my dashboard, and there is no fee to do so.

Great new investment opportunity
Bricklane is very easy to use, and I was able to invest in property in the UK very easily. The minimum investment in the fund is very low, so you can try the site with minimal risk. Customer support has been very quick and helpful when replying to all of my queries.

New to Bricklane
Process is very easy to add funds monthly or in a lump sum. It can take several weeks for the funds to be added. A share price is also displayed in graph form, however they is no information on how this price is calculated. It is early days, I hope to see the portfolio of property increase over the next year and see what final percentage returns are achieved. I am new to property ISA's but have been an investor for over 25 years.
