The manners and ways my requests were…

The manners and ways my requests were attended to. Chippings was pleasant and took her time to understand my requests and she dealt with them.

She called back when there was a break in our conversation to complete the requests. That for me is excellent customer service.

Bupaglobal efficiency

The absolute professional and prompt support provided made my experience excellent.
In particular I was supported and guided on how to submit a claim, on which documents were required and I received prompt feedback when one of my claims could not be supported by indicating the specific reasons.

Proximity to customer

Easy to understand benefits and claims process

I used the help feature and was able to chat with an agent immediately. This helps in the decision-making process for medical treatment. The ability to pre-authorise a claim takes away a lot of anxiety, especially when dealing with hospitals that are not in the BUPA network.

It's a good idea to print out read the policy. Once you know the rules, the claims approval process is straightforward, and the reason for the accept/reject decision can be understood.
